Apple Ford Shakopee definitely has it down. They treat their customer's very well. All of the employees are friendly and welcoming. But, I would like to particularly praise our salesman Mark Herman. He made our search and purchase for a vehicle enjoyable and not stressful. Honestly, he wanted to make sure the cars we were looking at met our needs. I bought my Ford Focus last January. Prior to that I was driving a Kiawhich started to have trouble . The sales people are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
