Andy Perkins was our Products Specialist. He was very knowledgeable about the different makes of vehicles that we looked at. He listened to what are needs were and focused on finding the best fit for use. Mission accomplished and we are all satisfied with the outcome. Love are new GMC!!

Back in August I purchased a used SUV. In the first month of driving it I had a few issues that needed to be attended to. In that month each time I brought my vehicle in they repaired it with no problems. My service person (Cody Beeksma) did an excellent job taking care of me and making sure that my SUV was fixed properly. He said that that cannot find all the kinks that come up when they do their initial inspection. That's why they have their warranty. I truly am please with the sales, service and repairs I received from Markquart Motors. I will come back when in the market for a new car. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Purchasing of used vehicle
Would not ever buy a used vehicle from Markquart, they didn't disclose that the truck i bought from them had hail damage at closing !!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional.

Purchasing of used vehicle
The salesperson, Brian S., was very friendly and courteous. However, I was concerned about the car battery being over 5 years old and requested a new battery be placed in the vehicle before purchasing; I was reassured that the battery was tested and was not a problem and that it would not need replacing. 2 months later, our well-inspected and tested vehicle wouldn't start, nothing had been left on, it just wouldn't start. I was told, upon calling the dealership, to bring the car in and they would inspect it. I had the car jumped and was unable to get it to the dealership right away; however, after this happened 2 more times in less than 2 weeks, we took it in and I had to pay for the diagnostics on the computer components of the vehicle along with the 'new battery' that had to be placed because it was the source of the problem. I am very upset about this situation and feel that this could have been avoided if the dealership had listened to me and just placed a new battery before I drove it off the lot. I feel like I wasn't taken care of as a customer that may return and that my knowledge and sense of security in a reliable vehicle was not heard. I would not send any of my clients, friends, or family to this dealership and I certainly will not be returning to purchase another vehicle there. I still would like them to repay us at least for the $285 diagnostic and battery replacement charge, if not for the time and loss of client sessions I endured related to this lack of attendance to my concerns.
