Unsatisfied, brought a duramax in during January 2024 for

Unsatisfied, brought a duramax in during January 2024 for head gaskets brought it back august 2025 for head gaskets again. Was told the first time that it came with a 2 year warranty. Upon drop off was told they were unable to satisfy warranty due to the diesel truck being deleted (no dpf or egr). Figured the master diesel mechanics that work there would be able to tell it was deleted the first time they worked on it back in January 2024. I guess not. I?m glad they were able to knock the price down from (13,500 in January 2024 to 9,000 September 2025) but just feel kinda screwed over to be completely honest. Picked up vehicle on Monday September 15 after it being in the shop for 3 1/2 weeks. Drove well for a day Tuesday September 16, 2025 steering column went out have a feeling it was not put together properly upon repair even though they took it for a test drive. Just seems fishy possibly not but just feels like it.

I had some questions regarding the history of one of their used vehicles. Cory Goosen went out of his way to answer my questions promptly. He was a great help and a pleasure to interact with. I firmly recommend him and his excellent customer service.

Jake .Cory.Trevor. Steve all helped setting up appointment made our truck available the one we wanted purchase of the truck was smooth and they spent alot of time explaining and showing us how truck works. We felt like we were well taken care of.

Fast friendly professional service.

Fast friendly professional service. My new fob works great, but my old fob doesn?t work at all. When I have the money I will be able to get another fob made.

I went to the dealership where I bought my truck for a

I went to the dealership where I bought my truck for a oil change and trouble light. When I got there they told me I had to leave it there because it was going to take a few days to get in to look at the trouble light. They reached out to me by text message and a call but I was at work so left a message. So I tried to get back to them with a call and text message but no one got back to me so I went to my appointment. This when I found out about leaving it there so I asked about a loner car to drive and I was told they didn't have one so I said just do the oil and I will reschedule the trouble light. So I waited for them to get done after 2 hours they came and got me where they said I would have to leave it because it could do more damaged if I drove it. This is when I was able to get a loner vehicle then. I don't understand why it was a such a big deal to get a loner in the first place so I don't know if I will return there for any more work I will maybe try Don Johnson Motors in Rice Lake where I am closer to.

Denied bumpertobumper 2xs now and quoted us $7000 and

Denied bumpertobumper 2xs now and quoted us $7000 and $3000 on those issues our mechanics fixed for under $150. It took 3 days for my truck to even get a diagnostics and then They wanted to replace a heater core for a partial blockage! My mechanic took the truck the next day and flushed it for $135 and had us back on the road an hour later. I will never do business through these people ever again.
