Top Choice for Quality Service

Each of your employees was extremely kind and helpful. The repairs on my vehicle were done efficiently, and the complimentary cleaning service was amazing. Also, I enjoyed sitting in the lounge by the fireplace doing homework using the wifi and sipping on fresh hot cocoa. It was a true holiday treat. I felt like a priority client in a deluxe environment.

Great Guest Service

I've always worked with Bert on my visits. He has always been and is very personable and pleasant. He explains everything clearly and I understand completely about the mechanical work/service that needs to be done.

Service Appointment

The experience on the whole was good however, upon returning I had NO idea where to go! I saw my vehicle was ready but had to wander through the bay to find someone to assist me. Some young lady said "Who was your service assistant?" When I told her, she gestured toward the wall and said "go in there and find him." If I had SEEN Jared when I came back into the service area, at his desk, don't you think I would've gone directly into him? This is why you didn't get a 5 star rating. If the young lady had walked me to his desk and seen for herself he wasn't sitting there, perhaps you would have gotten a 5.

Good Service

I was surprised my car was not washed after my oil change. Usually I am told if the weather is too cold and given a free car wash coupon. Don't know if that process has been changed, but I like having my car washed after work has been done.

Fantastic Marvelous Sensational

My experience at your dealership has been an awesome experience for the last 15+ years!! Bill K. Was very helpful!! Talking to Bill is like going to Disney World!! They say that Disney World is the happiest place on earth. Obviously they've never been in Bill K.'s office for service at Markquart motors before!! Dependable service, friendly staff
