Great team!

Staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to help. They have the best deal in town on oil changes at only $20. Will be back

Don't buy from them.

Our Subaru's transmission failed. $7000 to replace on a $12,000 car. They Said they would replace with anther vehicle, but it just turned into another sales deal giving them another several thousand in profit. They even wanted another down payment. I cannot get another car as I have 6 years of payments. We are consulting a lawyer.

consumer

went to lot in response to a Facebook classified add, was wrong Legacy dealership, was greeted well enough by sales rep, spent an hour chatting, was "verbally" given a fair enough offer, late in day, returned next day, literally from the time arriving on lot to time of driving off in a purchase had everything shoved at us, "verbal" offer a total no deal, did not get fair value on my trade, felt forced over and over while saying no, no, no, while they had my wife saying yes, paid way over market value for vehicle purchased, terrible experience, will not return there nor recommend them ... seen a few other reviews with the "pushy" to get you financed into a vehicle from their lot

I had a great experience!

Just recently noticed that my credit score went up so I'm shopping for a car! The managers here are very accommodating and nice when you have questions.

Terrible experience overall.

If I could I would have made this a zero star review. This was my third time coming to legacy ford to look at something and all three of my experiences have been utterly garbage. the first time they kept me in their office for more than 4 hours running as many programs as they could to try to force me into an above market ford focus with well over 100,000 miles on it, even after i said multiple times it wasn't for me. The second time they blatantly lied to me when I asked if a Subaru had been modified (id had been and poorly at that), and said that its title was clean when in fact it had been in several accidents and was on a rebuilt title. This most recent one, when they ran me and my girlfriends credit after another two hours in their building, they promised it would hit as a hard inquiry only once. When we checked today we now have 10 new hard inquiries on our credit and our scores took a drastic dive, and when we called to see why it happened we got nothing but a "that sucks" from the dealership. This was also after I had said repeatedly that I wanted to check with my insurance company before deciding to make the purchase. Needless to say I will not be buying anything to feed these consignment sharks wallets in the future. This has been one of, if not the worst car lot i have ever been to.

Great experience!

I bought a used F350 Super Duty about a month ago from Legacy in La Grande. The experience was positive. Friendly staff, got a good deal on the truck, and they got me great financing... even better than my own bank could do, saving me a few thousand over the term of the loan. Less than a week after taking possession, I got a check engine light on the console. Wasn't too thrilled about that. Made an appt with the service dept, and of course, the light goes off before I get it to them. They weren't able to pull the code to figure it out. Over the next couple weeks, the engine light was on an off 3 or 4 more times. Took the truck back in, and was quoted $800 for a repair. They offered to pick up half. That was something at least, but I wasn't overjoyed about a $400 repair on a truck I hadn't even put 300 miles on. I think they sensed that, and said they would pick up the full tab. So here's the deal... it's a used vehicle, sold as is with no warranty. By the sales contract they could have required me to pay the full cost of the repair. The fact is, they didn't do that. They made a decision based on customer service and building a customer relationship. They ate the cost of parts and labor in order to do that. That was above and beyond what I expected. That shows me that the folks at Legacy Ford will stand behind what they sell you, and are serious about doing right by their customers. Thanks to all at the dealership who made this a great experience. Guess who gets first crack at making a deal next time I'm in the market for a new rig? If you came up with any name besides Legacy Ford, guess again!

Worth a 4 hour drive!!!

We had been looking for a Suburban 2500 (rare!). One showed up on our online search, meeting our mileage criteria, but no pictures. Amanda Long (the best) was nice enough to provide us with DETAILED pictures of any flaw on the body she could find, and spoke with us ahead of time, along with working out some numbers, so we would know whether it was worth our drive or not. We made our 4 hour trip from Gresham, purchased it that evening, spent the night at the Best Western around the corner (also fantastic,) and drove it home the next morning! Wonderful experience. We burnt the popcorn, but no smoke detectors were harmed in the process, and everyone had a good laugh. I'm pretty sure that's how we'll be remembered there!!!! Viva Legacy!

Amazing experience!

I have purchased several vehicles. Greg Colozzi has done a great job. I have never had better service, I feel as though I got a fair deal and the service both after the fact and since my last purchase has been excellent. I have also referred several people to them because of my experience and they have also had good experiences. Believe it or not, the experience of buying was as great as the new car itself. A big Thanks to all the people there.
