Great service department! Met and greeted at the door, took Pickup in on time. Offered coffee or water while waiting. Serviced completed in good time and the washing of the the pickup....greatly appreciated! Nice job Legacy Ford!

A quick stop turns into a new car!

We stopped in looking for a Subaru Outback. We wanted an AWD car. Michael showed us the Hyundai Santa Fe that they had which had AWD. We had never even looked at them or considered it. We really like the car. It is so much quieter that our previous car and it handles very well. Everyone we worked with was really helpful. Michael was very patient with my questions.

Good experience

We purchased a 2015 f150. Trent Turner was the salesman and he was very good to deal with. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to push us in another direction and found us what we were wanting. Chris Huxoll was also great to deal with. I feel like we got good deal on our purchase and the process went smoothly.

Awesome service

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Focus for my wife. With everything I was going threw with medical and everything she put up with me I wanted to do something for her. I was not sure if I would be able to due to the fact of all the medical build up of bills I had but legacy ford was there and did everything possible to get me into one. It's a big size change from tahoe to focus but she loves the features the color and gas mileage over the tahoe and my 3 year old daughter loves it thinks it's hers. :) And your service department is fast and helpful and she loves that you wash the car on oil changes .:) Thank you for your service and time and helpful staff. :)

Great service and clean friendly facility.

We had a very nice low mileage Ford 150, but it was hard for my wife to get into with hip problems and we needed a vehicle that was easier to get into. The salesman greeted us, considered our needs and showed us the vehicle he thought would best suit our needs. We test drove the car on the highway and at our house up the hill through 8 inches of snow. We loved the car as it was easy for my wife to get into and performed great.

By far my best car buying experience

We purchased a new 2015 F150 and the entire process was very pleasant and could not have been any easier. All of our questions were answered and when I told them what I wanted to pay per month they were very understanding and made the deal!

Great service manager

Your service manager was great,helpful as surprisingly calm in what looked to be a hectic day. Diagnosed the possible problem got me scheduled in took care of me. That's how it's supposed to work. Thank you Vern.
