We knew what we wanted. We established that early in the visit. Patricio acknowledged that and provided us an efficient, and satisfying purchase experience. We were presented with all of the obligatory extra options without any up sell pressure. We got the vehicle we wanted with everything we wanted at a competitive price.

Happy customer

After several test drives at 8 or 9 various lots, I was burnt-out from the usual car dealership obnoxiousness. Luckily, I was connected with Oregon City Subaru and arranged for this purchase BY PHONE from another state. What can I say? I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. David Meltzer is a gem -- patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are like me and detest car lots and all that comes with buying a car, I suggest you give this one a try. You won't be disappointed.

Purchased a new Outback Limited

After doing my research I walked in to the dealership and ended up with a great deal on a new Outback. It took a little longer than I anticipated (about 2 hours) but Kiki and Ryan helped to make the deal go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.

Worst dealership ever. Screwed over military troop

10 days outside of warranty, Subaru needs $8,000 work for blown head gasket. Sales manager Val Brown could care less. Even though he sold it to us. Would not produce where we were offered an extended warranty. Great at selling to military, he once was. Obvious as to why he is not any more. Will pursue other avenues to make sure they understand how wrong this is to a newly enlisted military member.

Great Service

Both Matt and Alex were very helpful in finding a replacement vehicle when mine was totaled. Alex followed up with me regularly over the several weeks that I was searching for a used car. When I finally decided on a used Toyota Prius they had, Matt was easy to work with on the purchase of the car. Matt and Alex were both great at making sure that the car was functioning fully before they sold it to me ie, the battery was replaced the day I came to test drive it and the auto window mechanism had an issue which they agreed to fix as soon as the part came in 2 weeks after purchase. Matt followed up with me a week after I purchased the car to see if I was still happy with it, which I am. I really appreciated the great customer service and I feel that they really stand by the cars that they sell.

looked at Wilsonville Honda,Toyotat bought at Lithia Subaru

Only honest, truly professional staff at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City. Sales agent at Honda did not know their product, Toyota tried BS tactics. Lithia was open, honest, allowed me to order the vehicle the way I wanted it in the color I wanted it at the price I wanted to pay. Best experience buying a new car I ever had in 73 years and about 12new car purchases. Truly the way buying a car is suppose to be.

Happy Campers!

My husband and I were just beginning our search for a new-used car and within a half house we were kicking the tires of a favorite. I asked a lot of our salesman, questions, can I take it to my mechanic, and he was agreeable with everything I asked. I have to sleep on things so we went back the next day and we sealed the deal. From the first contact to the last signature and hand shake we were treated well and I would direct anyone to Oregon City Subaru for a new or used car any day of the week. Thanks to all the people at Lithia. Our local dealership is awesome!

Went out of our area to get better customer service & price

Andrew Hetzler was great to work with. He found us the Forester that we wanted and it was offered at a much better price than our local Subaru dealership. Andrew was helpful and not pushy, which is what i like in a sales person!

Tremendous Experience at Lithia Subaru

THIS car buying experience (unlike others in my past) was a true delight! From my first email contacts with Jessica Vian who was so helpful and "on task" to price exactly the car and options we wanted, to Mark Turanski who was so personable and helped us with all the paperwork to order our new car (and even offered to pick me up at the Portland Airport), to Geoff Eades, who handled the financial details with such a cheerful, friendly and direct manner... the whole experience was terrific! We love our new car and the best price anywhere, and would highly recommend Lithia Subaru in Oregon City to anyone, even if you don't live nearby -- we live in Ashland in Southern Oregon and and it was well worth doing business in Oregon City.

GOOD BUYING EXPERIENCE AT OREGON CITY LITHIA SUBARU

I was in the market for a newish (2009-2012) Subaru Forester. After looking at a few others, that happened to be misrepresented by their sellers, I decided to take the drive from Vancouver Washington down I-205 to Oregon City to see if Lithia Subaru had anything for me to look at. Just my luck I found a single owner, low mile Forester X Premium, that looked like it checked all the boxes for me. Lithia Rep Skyler Pace and I took the Forester for a test drive just south of the dealership that let me get a feel for the car to see if it was a fit for me. YEP!!! It was like this Forester was just waiting for me. Skyler is a no pressure, easy going type of sales rep that made the buying process a pleasure. I'm enjoying my 2010 Forester thanks to Skyler and the Oregon City Lithia Subaru crew.......
