super easy and comfortable car buying from start to finish
This is my third Subaru and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We started with an email request for information and ended up working with David at the dealership. He listened to my needs and provided outstanding customer service without any high pressure sales tactics. Relaxed and safe
Sometimes you walk into a dealership and you are swarmed by hungry sales representatives who are more more interested in commissions than they are matching the right person to the right car, but that was not the case at this dealership. It was such a relief to be given time to make the right decision for me and to be paired with someone so knowledgeable about cars. Really a wonderful experience.

Customer-centered service
Two stories to illustrate Lithia Subaru's effort to do right by the customer. #1) I took my car in for an oil change. The car leaked oil when I got home. The plug was not stripped, but still, this was not good. Lithia sent someone to my home to clean the oil from my driveway; drive the car back to the dealer, redo the oil change, wash the engine (and the car!), and drive my car back to my house.. The inconvenience to me - neglible. #2) My head gasket showed signs of "weeping" at about 60k miles. Were I not so ticked off, I might have done some weeping myself. My service rep, Gary Chartier listened to my ranting with total patience and empathy. He explained the problem, all the contingencies and gave me recommendations. Subaru's customer help line is sort of legendary, so I called them. They helped pay the bill to the tune of $1000. Lithia Subaru (Oregon City) loaned me a car while mine was being repaired. No company manufactures all their cars to 100% reliability. I still think Subaru is probably better than most. I know, with all certainty, that the Oregon City Subaru service department treated me better than any service department I have ever dealt with..
