My vehical was abused at Steven Lust Dealership.
We had a check light come on in our Cadillac, coming into town, and since they are the only dealer servicing our SUV, we took it to them. They said, they needed a week to check it out. 4 days later and no word from them, and no one answering the phone we showed up on THURSDAY. They announced upon our arrival, they had just finished with it. The vehicle had hugh bugs spattered on it, the mirrors, seat, radio, and AC were reset, plus an additional 70 miles on it. Big bugs, indicate other than town driving. all said, they reset the computer. Something needed occasional on most vehicle, however usually a hundred dollars, was now 250. Bottom line, don't stop there, check other dealers first! I almost bought a Cadillac from them! So glad I did not.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have occurred during your Service visit. We did infract have to drive your vehicle with the Global diagnostic computer to monitor the data from the engine and transmission in order make sure there was not a issue with them as all we had were history codes in the computer, no codes did return during the test drive and we then found updates for the Ecm and Tcm and performed them and performed a road test one more time to make sure you vehicle was repaired as we knew you had a long drive home. We should have washed your vehicle our mistake, Have a Great Day, Jim.

I bought a Buick envision first after needing a replacement for a car that had been totaled out from a hit and run driver. I knew the salesman?s family. Since the purchase I have used their facility for oil changes, new tires, replacement windshield wipers. Staff is excellent.
