This was my first visit to Lust and John made me feel like I had been doing business there forever. I look forward to my next purchase from John. The selection was very good and I was given many options.

The dealership looked after the car recently after there had been damage incurred. They called to update me since it did take some time to have the parts come in and also it seems at this time of year they were busy. An incidental finding regarding the oil tank with a leak was noted by them while the vehicle was at the dealership. They fixed this issue while it was at the shop during the same time. I appreciated it since it is a 2014 vehicle and they corrected things without me even being aware yet that this has been a new development for the type of car. I have always been happy with the service thus far and this is just another example. Thank you

Everything was good. The only problem we had was getting the mud flaps on, due to the wrong ones delivered and then getting the vehicle in to check the doors. Everyone was beer accommodating.

Needed to do a quick check on a factory recall (water pump seal shaft leak). They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I have purchased all of my vehicles over the past several years from Bryan Pence. I find him to be friendly, trustworthy, and completely reliable. He is a pleasure to do business with and Steven Lust Auto is represented extremely well by Bryan. Also, Todd Mann is a genuine pleasure to do business with.
