Polo was extremely patient when I called in panic after visiting a car wash and finding that my driver’s side mirror was dislocated—and hence unusable. Basically, at this point, the car was not driveable. He told me how to fix it (manually pulling window back in place), which I had never had to do before and, until talking to him, didn’t know was possible. Thanks to him, I now have a functioning car👏.
