Everything was Great!! My pickup was finished way before I needed it. Jeff the service manager even called me to let me know it was ready, and he let me know my batteries are getting to the point of needing replace. They even scrubbed the 100's of bugs off my windshield.

I love this place! I went to this company knowing exactly what I wanted and even though they didnt have it at the dealership the ordered it and let me know when it was in, and I got exactly what I wanted!

This was just an oil change visit. You did a good job except you and I forgot to discuss greasing the lube points and your report does 't tell me if this was done or not.

The staff is always friendly, when I walk in the door they great me and know my name. Their service is timely while I wait in the comfortable customer waiting area. They let me know if my vehicle needs any addition service, otherwise they walk me to the cashier followed by a friendly goodbye. The cashier works quickly and I am out the door until the next time my vehicle needs service.

I was working with my insurance company on what they termed as my truck being totaled, a 2002 Explorer Sport Trac, with over 231,000 miles on it. As you can see it was a hard working and long lasting truck. I was on limited time to find a replacement. Living in Salem I did not find anything that interested me in the time frame I was working on, so I put the target range out over 100 miles. Doherty had just what I wanted, all my dealings were done by email and over the phone, I pretty much bought the truck without even test driving it, I put my faith and trust in Doherty Ford that they stood behind my purchase and that I drove away in. My experience with the dealership was excellent, more of a hometown approach, no high pressure. They wanted me to be happy with my choice, the price was great and they were wonderful to deal with.
