Great service department

I've taken my truck in for service many times, always satisfied. I was getting ready to sell it so I asked for an inspection as if I was a buyer and told them "if it's a fluid drain and replace it, if it's a filter replace it". Fortunately they didn't take me at their word, they tested fluids and inspected filters and only replaced what actually needed replacing. They also inspected the underside, all seals and suspension components, without charging me extra or "finding" a repair to be made. I really felt they made an extra effort to put the truck in the best possible shape without spending one penny unnecessarily. The final bill was less than the original estimate. I dealt with Kyle at the QuickLane and he was just great.

Uneducated employees

New manager knows nothing about vehicles. Quicklane is always slow now. No one in the quicklane is friendly. Miss the old service manager Jeff. Doherty needs to get themselves together before they start loosing more business.

Satisfied Customer

Recently I wrote a review when a deal fell apart. I was not impressed with the buying process and felt I was lied to. The sales staff of Mark and Dave both reached out and made there best efforts to salvage the deal. We were able to reach an agreement by both giving a little bit. I appreciate the honesty on this second go around and would recommend them for future sales. Thanks mark and Dave....

Dissapointing

Found vehicle online, explained my situation to sales staff, what I was looking for, my trade, issues with my trade, etc.... figured get all the facts out in the open. Turns out after I drive out there and make a deal, there is damage to my new vehicle that was never spoken of. I?ll admit my mistake was coming alone and not taking my time picking over the vehicle, I thought after our week long contact we were on honest terms with each other. It?s my opinion that the sale comes before the customer at this establishment, buyers beware.

Poor customer service

Quicklane is slow and the guys working the desk are not very friendly or engaging

Doherty Ford Body Shop

I recently took my 1995 F-150 4X4 Special Short Box to Doherty Ford Body Shop for some restoration work and could not be happier with the workmanship and service I received. Myron and Sally run a great shop there with clear communication, completing the work on time and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and will be taking my 1997 F-350 Crew Cab in for some work in the near future.

2017 King Ranch F350 4x4 crew cab, diesel

Ordering and buy process was very easy. Everybody at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. All employee's and dealership owner excellent at answering question about the new pickup and giving advice. Very good followup to make sure everything was OK with the new pickup.

Excellent Experience

The service by salesman Dwight Besuyen was excellent. This was a positive buying experience from a dealer and salesperson with whom we've dealt for over 20 years.
