The Works Oil Change

Very smooth, was in and out in 35 min. Very comfortable waiting area and all the employees were very nice.

Truck Buying Experience at Archie Cochran Ford

As we approached the dealership we were greeted by Andrew Paynter. I was immediately impressed when Andrew asked if we had been working with someone, which showed integrity on his part. We had stopped in to look at a vehicle we had viewed online. Andrew quickly retrieved the vehicle for us. It turned out that it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Andrew then looked through the truck inventory searching for a truck that matched what we were looking for. There was only one and when we saw it we knew it was the one we were looking. We then completed the rest of the steps to finish the purchase and drive away with our new truck. We were very pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. We really appreciated how well we were taken care of. Based on our experience we highly recommend Archie Cochrane Ford and Andrew Paynter.

Happy customer

The Edge is an excellent car. Archie Cochran ford knows their business and provided excellent customer service. We worked with Krystle Spang primarily which was excellent. Definitely going back!

Good Experience

Working with Kevin O'Connor was enjoyable. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even spent time with me on a day he wasn't scheduled to be at work. He showed me everything on my new car and was eager to answer all my questions.

Totally satisfied

Charles was by far the associate I have ever came in contact with. He was accommodating and not to aggressive and was able to read me as a person. If I was to buy a truck again I would seek him out. I did make the choice to buy from you instead of Bozeman mainly because of him. Everyone I met the day I bought it was stellar. Thanks.

EXCELLENT SERVICE and Experienced employees.

Very easy to work with. No pressure sales! Willing to go above and beyond. They stayed late help and Kent came in on his day off to finalize the deal. Very professional.

Bad service

We took our 2015 Ford Focus in for issues it was having. We were told that the manufacture didn't put in a fuse and that replacing the missing fuse would solve the problem. They charged us $140 for a 3$ fuse that the manufacture didn't put in 4 years ago. This didn't fix the problem. We took it back 3 days later. The next part that they thought was the problem was on back order 4 to 6 weeks. We had to call Ford Corporate for assistance and we got our car back 12 days later for another 420$. The car was still not fixed and was worse than when we originally took it in. We were told we would get the 420$ back, but they wanted to put the old part back in and they would call us back. We didn't hear back for 24 hours, so we called them and they said a full refund would be mailed out that day or the next day. They did not mention anything about the part. We never received a check and left messages with the service manager. He never returned our calls. After the third day of calling, we were told that a check was mailed yesterday. 4 days later there was no check. We were finally able to reach the service manager and he said a check has not been cut because they were waiting to change out the part. They guarantee their work, but the first 140$ is not refundable because it was too long ago. They didn't fix the problem the first time and the car was back in 3 day but that was too long. Our car was correctly diagnosed from another mechanic shop in a couple hours, parts were shipped in, and fully repaired in 4 days. We seriously had a nightmare of an experience!
