Fantastic hands down
Being a recent college graduate with little to no credit it was a long shot for me to get financed for a new pickup. The team at Archie Cochrane hands down helped me in every way they could to get me into a new vehicle. They are by far the best place to go to buy a new vehicle especially if you have Kevin O’Connor as your salesman. He went above and beyond to make this happen. The fact that I am only allowed to give five stars doesn’t give this team justice. A million thanks to the Archie Cochrane staff and I will recommend them to anyone I hear is wanting to buy a new vehicle.

2019 Mustang Bullitt
Buying experience was excellent, although I had to pay MSRP. The car is a special edition mustang, so I guess I should be happy I didn't pay a markup. First few days of driving experience is spectacular. The car is a dream ride, with outstanding tech built in.

unorganized poor service
I dropped off my truck at the Service department to get some factory recall work done. Then I left instructions to send the same truck over to the body shop because it needed to have a leak fixed in the radiator and in the cab. After two weeks not hearing anything I called to see if the truck was done yet and they said they didn’t even know why it was there and I had to tell them all over again what to fix on it. then I had to wait another week while they ordered a radiator and new running lights on the cab that were leaking into the cab. They said they tried to call but they never called the phone number of the business on the side of the door of the truck. instead they were calling cell phones and getting full voicemail boxes.

Too Costly!
Too Costly! I took my pickup into the service department with an estimate of $800 for my repair. Received my vehicle back with a $1,700 bill. Manager would not talk to me and nobody was willing to help alleviate some of my invoice. I had to find a ride home from work as my vehicle was not repaired on time or on budget.

Working with Matt to buy a truck was a great experience. He was willing to hear what I was looking for and then asked a few key questions. He not only quickly picked a truck for me to drive, but it had upgrades I did not even know I could get in the price range I was looking.
