I got sucked into the black hole that is there end of year sale beginning of this year. My time is too precious to be blown by special team sales tactics. My next vehicle will not be with this dealership. Buy your Mopar elsewhere. Getting my car in for oil changes is dicey at best, most times I just go down the street. I happen to have had my car in this time for body work and took a chance they could also do a transmission service and oil change. Which they had no problem with. I am not sure why a repair that they said would be 2-3 days took 5 except it didn't go in until the next day after our appt. The text updates didn't happen.

Everyone was pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. The day was rather long as we live in Garfield Co. I'm sure it was due to how busy you were.....and it was obvious you were.

Great sales staff that offered a fair price, timely service, and a quality product. The only downside was the tight quarters getting into and out of the facility, the lack of available inventory for Ram 3500 sitting out front on the lot due to lack of room and the open environment inside the building was not comfortable or private.

Very helpful staff. Parking for customers vehicles, once they get busy, is difficult to find. Need more room to stage and return vehicles to customers during their busy times, during the workday.
