Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings

I took my car in without an appointment. They got my car in quickly. Shortly after I got home Dean called to let me know what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. When the job was done today sent a car for me.

The sales individuals there were all very pleasant and accommodating. The person who assisted me in purchasing the car was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle for the most part and if he did not know he didn't hesitate to find someone who did. He was very respectful and courteous. "Cole" also thanked my husband for his service, former Marine while in the service, which I know he appreciated... You have some very special employees there, "Cole, Chris and Mark"!

Although salesman were great. Was 6 months wait for new vehicle. Was told this would take up to 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks was given a loaner vehicle.

I was looking for a used Ram 1500 with a CPO and Lithia was easy to work with -- especially Burton. . This vehicle has met all my expectations thus far and looks and runs like a new pick-up . The experience and communication was excellent and the time taken to close all the paperwork was short considering all the regulations that must be addressed .

We have lived in the area for eight years and always buy at Lithia in Billings and also have our vehicles serviced there, great service.

I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from Lithia Dodge Billings. I was looking a Chevrolet Silverado but decided on the Ram due to more options, better ride and previous Ram owner. I had received very good service on an oil change and purchased a window part awhile back. This is what really brought me back to Lithia. The smallest things can have an effect on a customer. They treated me like I was a valuable customer on this little transaction. Cameron and Chuck were good to deal with. Great experience.

Excellent customer service. Polite, professional, friendly, helpful. Ben and Denise were phenomenal in getting us set up with the car we wanted...even though we kept them there late getting everything done.

Stopped in for an oil change for my Jeep Wrangler. Was met by Shannon of the the service department and she got me right in and notified me as soon as the oil change was complete. First class service!!

I dnt kno yet they dnt have my part so i have to drive all the way back from crow agency mt take day off from work when it get to billings
