Brynn and Frank were amazing! This was by far the easiest car deal I have ever done. My first brand new car (a Chrysler 200) was from Dodge and although I wasn't 100% happy with that purchase and felt as if I was misinformed on many things, I took the risk to try them again and I am extremely happy with my new suv and look forward to many more purchases in the future! I got more than I could ask for!

Service staff was friendly and helpful! Didnt need an appointment bust dropped my car off they asked if I needed a ride anywhere(which I did not). Repairs took no time at all.

We gave Lithia a chance to price match some tires that we were looking at to put on our vehicle before winter hits. Although Lithia couldn't match the sale price, they did however, work with us with mounting and balancing the tires. The Service Managers at Lithia are always very personable and always willing to work around any obstacles I put in front of them.
