20,000 mile scheduled service.

My appointment was scheduled for 08:00. I checked in at 07:45. I was told it would be about 1 hour. I went to breakfast and was back in 45 minutes. My service job was done. I appreciate the effort and quick turn around. Bill from Dillon.

Refueling crisis dealt with excellently

While vacationing with 2 youngsters, our refueling gas line was crimped, so we couldn't pump gas into our rv., and we had 3 more days of travel until reaching home. The men at this Ford dealership were exceptional. There were many vehicles ahead of us for repair, but they realized our predicament, and within 2 hours we were on our way, continuing on to Jellystone Park that night. Thank you all for being such a team of capable and friendly people. We pumped gas easily the rest of the trip. Also, the gentleman who visited with us in the waiting room was the finest. Thank you all!

Stranded in Butte

Our transmission went out about 50 miles from Butte and we had to be towed in late on a Friday evening. We were at the shop when it opened Monday morning. Brad P. in the service department, was very kind and concerned that our trip was interrupted and he made sure that the camper we had been towing was also in a safe place. Brad was able to get us in within an hour or so and called us with a diagnosis and an estimate very quickly. We knew from previous experience that replacing a transmission is not a one day process. He promised that he could locate a transmission, install it and have us back on the road by Thursday. Well, he was able to get our truck done a day early and a bit under his estimate! He kept us informed during the process and was both very kind and professional! Thank you Brad!!

2017 Ford F-150

Mike & Nate were excellent to work with while shopping for a new truck. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I do have concern about the service department and Menholt dealerships. Sorry, but this is because of past dealings and reputation. Both my son and work have had problems. With that said, I'm going to give them a chance, but will watching.

If some part is needed or recommended while the vehicle is in the shop, you should call me and let me have the option to have it fixed/serviced, with out having to make another appointment or trip. My time is also valuable.
