Great people deal with from sales to finance was very smooth. The salesman answered all my questions. And the finance department helped with my warranty etc

I have called 3 times to speak with service for a quote

I have called 3 times to speak with service for a quote on labor. Left message each time with no call back. I am not impressed. I have bought multiple vehicles from the Butte location. The parts department was helpful. But your service department was not impressive. We called Bison Ford and they were very helpful. We will be going there.

Service department is hard to get a hold of and then when

Service department is hard to get a hold of and then when I do talk to Amanda I get the feeling that she isn't really doing what she says she is doing and she isn't very helpful. Whenever I talk to her about a problem she says she will check and call back. She never calls back and when I call her back she claims that she never got an answer when in reality I think she just never even checked for me. Don't like her, she isn't any help.
