Would not recommend

I bought a brand new Ford Fusion. The car has less than 4000 miles and the tire blew. The dealership is now claiming the tires are different than the car so not covered under warranty! I went out on a limb buying a Ford car. Next time I'll buy a Honda. The tires on those cars are superior to the cheap ones Ford puts on their Fusions.

HI girl from Dillon Mt I would be glad to replace your tire at my expense and am sorry you had a tire blow out with your new car. We do offer a product called "road hazard wheel and tire" that would cover any future problems you may have. Please contact my service department or your salesman and we will get this taken care of. Great dealership

We recently bought a new car at Brooks Hanna Ford. This is the third vehicle we have bought from this dealership. Ken Bates was our salesman and he was wonderful to work with and continues to be available for any questions we might have. We also use their service department and are very happy with the service we get.

Great Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ken Bates at Brooks Hanna Ford in Butte MT. What an experience...not like any before...Ken helped me narrow down the vehicles thru questioning so that I did not have to look at everything. With his help I found the right vehicle relatively quickly. Ken was easy to work with and come to find out a really great person too. I was 6 hours from home so Ken made sure that everything happened in a smooth and efficient manner. Ken was even kind enough to send me back the 6 CD's I left in my old cars player. I can't say enough good about Ken and my experience with Brooks Hanna Ford. They are a great bunch of people. I am telling all my friends if they want a really great car buying experience even if they have to drive a little to get there go to Brooks Hanna Ford in Butte MT and ask for Ken Bates. I give them a 10!!! Thanks Ken you were and are greatly appreciated.

WE FOUND THE TRUCK WE WERE "LOOKING" FOR!!!!!!!

MY WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT TRUCK THAT FIT OUR NEEDS.OUR SALESMAN KEN BATES ALLOWED US TO TEST DRIVE SEVERAL TRUCKS AND WAS VERY PATIENT WHILE WE MADE OUR CHOICE..HE WAS VERY UP FRONT AND ALLOWED US TO MAKE OUR ON DECISION.AND THEN FOLLOWED THROUGH AND LAID EVERYTHING OUT ON THE TABLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE TRUCK WE CHOOSE.KEN INSURED EVERYTHING HE TOLD US WAS DONE.WE DROVE AWAY IN OUR NEW TRUCK HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIANCE WE HAD WITH KEN AND BROOKS HANNA...THANK YOU FOR BEING A DEALERSHIP THAT KEEPS ITS WORD....

Great deal made!!!!

I was looking for a used Ford 350 at a good value, but I didn't want white, red, or black. I had been looking for two years when I came across an ad in the paper from Brooks Hanna Ford. It was a blue 350 with low miles and one owner that was local. I went on line to check out the truck. while I was on line, I filled out the app for financing. The next day I received a call from Ken "Norm" Bates and set up a day and time to see the truck. Ken place the truck on hold for me for the week, knowing that I lived on the other side of the mtn. and I would not be able to make it over until the next weekend. I met with Ken and from there it was easy. Ken made me and my wife fill at ease and answered all of our questions. Ken worked with us on the budget that we had set for ourselves as the amount down and with the payments. I came home that same day with the truck and very pleased with the truck and with the service I received from everyone at Brooks Hanna. Like they say, "No one beats a Brooks Hanna Ford deal". I know that I looked at many others who had F350's over the entire state, and I agree that no one can match the deal I received. Thanks to Ken and Jody for everything!

Great salespeople, great place for cars!

Need a car, go see Ken Bates! From the moment we came in, there was no pressure, no hassle, he answered all of our questions, and tried every trick in the book to get us into a car we liked and wanted to buy. But, alas it was not to be! We wanted to but a used car with our credit card (can't be 0% interest), but they have a $2000 limit on credit card purchases, We offered to pay the fees for going above that, about $160, but the main dealership (Ken called it "The Mothership!) said "no." I would have paid all the fees, plus the price, Brooks Hanna would have taken no hit on the credit fee, and we would have driven away with a car, making room on their lot. Not mad at all, just puzzled. But, when I decide to come in for a new car, I will first go to Brooks Hanna, and see Ken, he was amazing! I felt bad for Ken! I wish other car dealers were like this!

Nice dealership and great service.

These guys seemed interested in my business, keeping me advised when the vehicle I was looking for became available. Not pushy, no pressure. Sales staff was helpful, informative and professional. I live 2 hours from this dealership but glad I made the trip.
