My experience was good. The service advisor, Josh I think, brought me a quote on a new side mirror as my mirror was cracked. I was going to ask for a quote but had forgotten to ask, when, while waiting in the lobby, Josh brought me a quote. I thought it was doing more than expected and that's how you achieve customer satisfaction. Customer service is doing the service that is asked, customer satisfaction is doing more than expected. I was satisfied. I can't really evaluate the work done. It was an oil change and I didn't witnesses it. I trust they used the right oil and filter and did the work correctly.
