I bought a brand new 2020 power wagon back in Oct. Im a...

I bought a brand new 2020 power wagon back in Oct. Im a travel nurse and they knew I pulled a camper and I asked about the towing and they said it would pull anything just fine... they failed to tell me that it had a soft suspension and wasn't good for towing, they flat out LIED to me just to make a sale. Now I'm stuck with a truck that doesn't tow worth a crap and the radio has some kind of software glitch cause it only works half the time.. Now im paying for a truck that isn't good for towing my camper which is how I make my living and can't even listen to the radio half the time.. they also talked me into buying an oil change package, but failed to tell me it was only good at lithia dealerships (which I'm never around cause I'm traveling for work) so it's basically useless. Will NEVER buy another vehicle there and will discourage anyone I know from buying there as well.

Horrible

Horrible !! Scammers ! No one knows what the xxxx there doing can’t even give us paperwork or anything ! They sure know how to make you think your getting a good deal ! We want to return vehicle an be done with them an whatever refi there trying to do ! Now to find the owner

Traded trucks for new truck

Brian Hanna was my salesman and by far was the best salesman between him and Larry Griner I couldn’t be happier with lithia of Helena and will be back in the future and will refer them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle

Terrible, horrible, awful, UNETHICAL business practices...

Terrible, horrible, awful, UNETHICAL business practices through this dealer and due to the actions of Brian Hanna, Christian Rupp and Chad Nethery. These guys are gonna run this dealership into the ground with just HOW MANY INDIVIDUALS THEY HAVE FINANCIALLY ABUSED and put in horrible situations with their vehicles. These people DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY CARE ABOUT CLOSING THE DEAL AND TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! people are speaking out and this is finally getting the publicity it needs!!!

SO UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST!

Brian Hanna, Christian Rupp and Chad Nethery should be ashamed of themselves with how they take advantage of people in vulnerable situations! They financially abuse customers, bully customers and pressure customers. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND MISTREATMENT AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT GO HERE!!!

Worst car buying experience of my life. SINGLE WOMEN...

Worst car buying experience of my life. SINGLE WOMEN AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Left in tears. Was super excited to work with Lithia when they approved me even though I have really bad credit. I was told I needed to come test drive the one vehicle I was approved for “right away.” I arrived with my two toddlers (single mom) and Tanner was nice and patiently waited with my kids while I moved my car seats into the car I was interested in. Things took a turn for the worst after the test drive. We went inside to talk numbers and first, the price was $2500 more than the price listed online. I confronted Tanner about this and he told me “he didn’t know the price.” I started to lose faith in him quickly as no matter how I crunched the numbers, even at 23% interest (which I know is outrageous, it’s my fault for bad credit) the price was coming out to be $35000 for a $15000 vehicle. Tanner had to get someone else to bring the price down which made me think he didn’t know what he was doing. I tried to haggle that price a bit because the mileage was high and the car wasn’t exactly perfect, so he left to “crunch numbers” again. They went from offering me $1500 on my trade to $0 just because I was uncomfortable with the starting price. Now, I know my car is a piece of crap, but to go from allowing it on a trade to not is CRAZY to me. They also sited the higher price due to “bank fees” but no bank fees were listed. I advised that I wanted my mechanic to check out the vehicle before committing to anything and Tanner got extremely frustrated and began pressuring me even harder to the point I wanted to run out of there and cry. I let them know I was done and asked that they bring the vehicle back around to my car so I could move the car seats back over. I waited in the cold for a while and they didn’t (and you know how long it takes to get car seats out so it was a while) so I had to walk two toddlers and two car seats around the building with NO help. I’ve never been treated SO BADLY at a dealer. It was obvious that “making the sale” was everything to them (its the last day of the month) and they couldn’t have cared less how it was done. I was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door and the pressure never stopped. I will never ever ever go back and will just pay cash for a vehicle elsewhere.

Sketchy Experience

A sketchy experience. Went in on a Saturday to look at a 2017 Kia Sportage found on their website. Looked fine, but wouldn't start when I tried to test drive; battery seemed dead. Salesman said it was probably due to the weather and jumped it, and it was fine on the test drive. I had to leave for another engagement, and came back later in the day; again, it wouldn't start. This time the salesman said it was because the headlights had been left on, which I didn't see when driving it. Decided to give them the benefit of doubt, and said I'd come back Friday around lunch to finally buy it. Showed up Friday at 8.45, fifteen minutes after they opened, and found the Sportage running in the lot. Another car was pulled up in front of it, and it was clear they were running it to charge the battery before I showed up. At that point I just left because that seems like real dishonest behavior. I got a text from the salesmen asking why I left, and told him I wasn't comfortable with the electrical problems; he said it was the battery, and they'd replaced it, so it was now fine. It looks like someone's bought it, so I hope for their sake it was just the battery and they don't have any problems with the car.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone...

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle. Tanner Mee was my sales and service associate and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him an 11. He went above and beyond any experience I've ever had with any dealership. I will definitely be returning to lithia of Helena for my next vehicle purchase!

Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Vehicle was delivered to me dirty and covered in salt. Had to pay to get it detailed and cleaned properly. My used vehicle they were taking was by far cleaner. My vehicle was worth more so they owed me money, money they forgot to bring. There was minor scratches to the new vehicle that I had to take my time to get estimates on to get repaired. The window sticker was missing and I still to this day haven't received a copy of it. Even though I requested no paperwork to be thrown away. I only received partial copies of the documents I signed and had to ask for the rest. As of right now I have called the business office/Title clerk numerous times and they still have NOT sent my information off to the DOL so I can register my Truck which temp plates expire 10/10/2020. The internet manger has been the one I've dealt with from the start. He as well as the business office have pushed me off numerous times. I have had to call/text every single time to get updates about the above issues. Great news, I love my truck, but I will never ever buy from Lithia in Helena again. They clearly don't care about anything once the paperwork is signed. Buyer beware. Save yourself the trouble and headache, buy elsewhere.

Garbage

I will never buy from them again. Financed 2 cars in the last year. One at dodge one a ford. Worst experience I have ever been through. Read the fine print
