LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT JESS FORD OF PULLMAN

I really had a great car buying experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional. They greeted me promptly but they didn't hassle me or pressure me into looking at cars. They allowed me to go at my pace. Once a found the car, the negotiations and financing was easy and pain free. Love the small town family atmosphere at the dealership. I will bring my car here for service and I can't thank the staff again for such a great experience.

Best Service Around

We have purchased multiple vehicles from Jess Ford of Pullman. They are the most customer oriented dealer around this part the country. The deals they have made with us have been more than fair and no one services their customers better than Jess Ford. They will always provide a loaner car if needed for ANY reason. I wouldn't deal with any one else!

Dedicated to customer service.

My profession requires lots of travel in all season. I must be to my destination on time and safe. Over the years I have demanded good service from Jess Ford and I can honestly say they have delivered. Jim Jess and his team are "top shelf" in my opinion. I have purchased several vehicles from Jess Ford over the years and always feel good about the level of service I get. It is no secret that if a person puts lots of miles on that you will eventually have some trouble. The Jess team has rescued me with a loaner vehicle when I was in a tight spot more than one time. I will continue to give them my business based upon being treated more than fair in the past.

Go the Distance and say yes to Jess!

Jess Ford is a great place to do business and Tommy Coffee is absolutely great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made the entire process as painless as possible. This was the easiest car purchase I had ever made! He made the test drive enjoyable and showed what great features the SUV had and helped make the transition very easy and fun! Always say Yes to Jess! Make sure you go see Tommy.

Jess Ford is the Best!!

We have bought numerous cars and trucks from Jess Ford over the years and it has always been a great experience. The salesmen are a pleasure to work with, honest and straightforward. Our 2001 F-350 Diesel "Old Whitey" is still going strong with 220,000 miles as is the 2007 Ford Focus with 150,000. When its time to buy again, it will definitely be from Jess Ford!!

Best experience ever

I am almost 90 and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. This was my best experience ever because everyone was so darned nice. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Would pick JESS FORD anytime

We've been buying Fords from Jess Ford of Pullman for many years: 1- Expedition, 1- Taurus, 2- F350 Diesels, 2- GT Mustangs, 2- GT500 Mustangs, 1- Mazda 3, and 1- Focus. People always ask us why we are a Ford family. My response is simple. It's not necessarily the "Ford" Automobiles as it is "JESS FORD of PULLMAN". When we go there, we are always treated like family, and not just another commission on a board. The salespeople, receptionist, parts, mechanics, finance and JIM, are people that understand the stress of buying an automobile and treat you with respect and kindness. When I was buying a company car this year, JESS FORD not only found the perfect economical and affordable Ford Focus for me, they also made the entire transaction happen in under an hour. My time is very important and spending hours at a car dealership would have been such a waste, so there is just another reason JESS FORD of Pullman is my choice. They also washed, detailed and delivered the car right to my office.

Extraordinary Service!

Jess Ford has always given me good service and I use them a lot. Once I was in trouble and they gave me what I consider was above and beyond the call of duty. I was buying cattle in Montana and hit a deer on highway 200 about an hour out of Great Falls, Montana. The radiator system was leaking badly, so not knowing the Ford dealer in that area or a tow truck I decided to call Jim Jess and ask for some phone numbers for help. He got the numbers but said he could have a man with a trailer to pick me and the truck up the next day at 2:00PM, and sure enough his man came and hauled my pickup and myself back to Pullman the next day. The cost was less than what I paid for my daughters car to be hauled back into Pullman after she rolled it 12 miles out of town. The service by Jess Ford was service I did not expect but it was a welcomed service that saved me at least 3 work days on the road or in the air getting my truck fixed in Montana getting it home. A pleasure to deal with

I have purchased two F450 pickups from Jess Ford. The sales department has been a pleasure to work with. Sales reps have done a good job answering all my questions about the pickups, including calling Ford for answers to my hard questions. Their level of knowledge and friendliness far exceeded the dealers in my home town. Kieth in the service department is competent and good to work with. We have had a couple "bumps in the road" and they have made things right. My trucks are work trucks and Jess Ford always has a truck for me to use when mine is in for work so I don't have any down time. The other dealers I interviewed when I shopped around gave me the blank stare when I asked them about a truck to use when mine goes down. I'll keep driving 80 miles South to buy and service my pickups. By the way, the 2015 F450 is a big improvement over the 2014. Scott SNB Tools, inc

Poor Service Department

Slow, dishonest, apathetic, and outright rude are a few of the issues plaguing Jess Ford's Service Department. In addition, they're incompetent repairmen, and when called-out on their poor performance, they become defensive and inundate the customer with excuses and a lack of accountability. Can't speak about the Sales Department, but I can say the service department at Jess Ford is a disaster. Since you can't have one without the other, I can NEVER recommend Jess Ford as an option to purchase a vehicle. In our specific case, Jess Ford lost the sale of a 2015 Shelby GT 500 because of the horrible service department... decided to go with the SRT-8 down the road instead. I doubt the sales department is happy to know that. You're only as good as the employees you hire. Jess Ford = Fail
