Never trust a word they say. Purchased a 2021 telluride from them. Every oil change had problems. 1 forgot to tighten the oil filter leaked all over my garage. 2 never reset oil usage had to drive back 50 mile trip. 3 received notice for system software recall update I brang in vehicle and waited only to find out they couldn't do it. 4 called for 30,000 mile maintenance and was quoted 900.00 stating all fluids needed changing and radiator needed flushing.

Great experience - bad weather for the 80 mile drive to get there, but they got me in before my appt time & the car was done quickly and I was out early!!!

I was pleased with the fast service, but I wasn't pleased when I found out that whatever part was needed wasn't available. I drove over 2 hrs to get to the shop only to find out that I will get notified of when the part would be available. The plus side of this was that I had an issue with interior lights and only find out it was an easy fix. That was a good thing so I know what to do if it happens again. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I only wish that I would have received another notice in the mail about the part being unavailable.

Yes text was fine. Checked back after week to see if we were enjoying new car and if we had any questions on any of the dash programs. Will probably check back with them later as we haven’t driven the car a lot yet.

Loved the inspection video! Especially the under carriage look, tire and brake inspection. I know it's good to go! The video was sharp and the audio crisp .Thank you.
