Excellent customer service and truly stress free!

I've been buying and trading in cars since I was 16 (I'm not young anymore!) and this is the first dealership I've ever walked away from thinking that was an amazing experience. The whole process was pressure free and signing my papers probably took less than 5 minutes. They are efficient, friendly, and truly care about their customers. I will not go anywhere else to buy my cars anymore! Subaru of Puyallup will have all my future business and I'm so happy to have found them. The dealership itself is really nice too, the service department waiting area is beautiful and they just seem to understand how to run a business more so than other locations I've been at.

purchase of new car

Working with Helmut and Dima on the purchase of my 2017 Legacy was great. I didn't feel the pressure of a "car salesman" but of a fun, friendly, knowledgeable person who helped me find the car I wanted. They were a great team, Helmut getting me the best deal and Dima explaining with such patience all the new features I didn't have on my 2015 Legacy. 2018 WRX Premium!!!

I came to see how a car I had been interested for awhile I scheduled an appointment. I ran into Andrew Wheeler who helped test drive the car. We really wasn't trying to sale me the car to the fullest. Just gave me some fun facts but we just chatted and drove. Towards the end. I was nervous I wouldn't get approved for the car. It's an expensive sport sedan. But in the end. I got approved and Andrew was helpful all the way. Made the entire experience of buying a car I never thought I get possible. Thanks Andrew I really appreciate the stress free experience! I'll be back!

Helmut Immig rocks

I just got my Crosstrek 2018 from Subaru Puyallup. It was a good experience overall. At first I was pretty disappointed when my car just got dealer traded right before my appointment. I came all the way from Seattle downtown and had to take a bus back to the city. But thanks to Helmut, he worked so hard to try to get me another car with the same package and he succeeded on the next day. He even drove me the bus station when I was leaving on the first day. Helmut is very professional and friendly. We chatted a lot about soccer games. I sincerely recommend Helmut Immig as your Subaru Expert.

First new car purchase was fantastic!

This was my first new car purchase, and I would definitely do it again at this dealership! I was skeptical of the "stress free" component, but it really was from start to finish. Dima was fantastic to work with! He was relaxed, let me see all the options for the Outback I was looking at, relayed what he liked about his own Outback (as well as his wife - helpful to have the female perspective as well,) and made the test drive feel carefree and easy. After buying the car he showed me how to work all the buttons inside and helped me get my bluetooth set up. He even put on my license plate when it was ready. We traded in my husband's car at the same time, and we both felt that we were given a fair price for each car. The negotiation was much easier than at other dealerships and they even came down on price from what other dealerships in the area were offering for the exact same car. The final financing step was straight forward and we didn't constantly have to turn down extra services and options. The dealership itself is great as well. There are multiple places to lounge, free coffee, tea, and water, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches, and fruit. They have dog treats too! All the staff are friendly and eager to help if you have questions. There's even a massage room for when your car gets an oil change or any type of service. My car had a tiny door ding in it and the service department got it in and out the same day, and I got my free massage! Subaru is great already, but they do these little things very well, and if you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable and easy to work with, make sure to ask for Dima!

Stress-free pricing and good sales people

My husband and I both purchased Subaru Outbacks. We felt like we were given fair pricing. We also got bought out on our two leases from Toyota early which saved us money. Very grateful to Harnish Subaru. Blaine Perry was a friendly and fun salesman to work with. He and Brian Fuller worked together to get us the best deal.

Great, Stress Free Experience

Had a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup. After having a frustrating experience at a Subaru dealership north of Seattle we drove down to Puyallup. It was a night and day experience. Dima the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. We let him know that we wanted an Outback, what features we wanted including color and what price we were willing to pay. He gave us a great deal right away without haggling over the price. We also had our 2 year old son with us and Dima and the whole staff was extremely accommodating. We will for sure be shopping here again next time we need a car.

Great!

I had a GREAT experience here Helmut in sales was great and understood what I wanted for me and my furbaby. I went in looking at pre-owned vehicles and walked away with a 2018 Corsstrek at a great price! Kim in financing was fantastic as well! Even though my financing fell through at one place she took time and found the another place really fast that gave me the same % rate!
