Best Experience on a Stressful Day

I was involved in an accident where my car was totalled. Unfortunately once the determination was made I had very little time to return the rental car and purchase a new car. I spoke with many dealers and when I contacted Subaru of Puyallup they provided their price right up front and even emailed a video tour when including the price. I had asked about multiple cars and all were pulled and available at the time I arrived. I worked with Dave Warmack who made the experience effortless. I showed the emailed prices and that is what I paid. The car I purchased needed to have additional detailing as my time was short the day of purchase and the dealership did everything possible to get me out of there on time. When I returned for the detailing the dealer didn't hesitate to provide me with a free loaner. I am grateful for the easy experience on what was such a stressful day. I recommend Subaru of Puyallup and Dave Warmack.

Kudos to Andrew Wheeler

Andrew Wheeler did an excellent job helping me buy my car from Subaru of Puyallup. When I arrived I was expecting another specific salesperson to help me but they were not there. They did not give anyone a heads-up that I was coming, and no one acknowledged me for over 10+ minutes and it was embarrassing to be ignored. Eventually someone led me down to the waiting area so I could wait for the salesperson who was supposed to meet me. Eventually Andrew offered to help me until they returned. I ended up finishing the sale with Andrew because he attended to me when no one else did. His approach is gentle and knowledgeable. He put me at ease when I was out of my comfort zone. I would recommend to anyone that you work with him.

Stress Free

In June, 2017, I bought a used Toyota pickup from Subaru of Puyallup. Kirk Schroll was my salesman. By using the term ?my salesman,?I mean not only that he was the Subaru of Puyallup representative that I dealt with, but that it felt as if he was working for me. Kirk pointed out not only the positives about the vehicle I was considering, but also some concerns I should be aware of. He answered all of my considerable number of questions. When he didn?t immediately know the answer, he found it for me by talking to someone at the dealer ship or by going online. When we talked of add-on?s (extended warranty, protective coatings, etc.), Kirk would mention them, but only go into further detail if I showed interest. There was no pressure to purchase. We negotiated a fair price and closed the deal. I highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup and Kirk Schroll. I have bought several cars over fifty years of driving, and this was my most ?stress free? buying experience.

You just can't beat the customer service!

You just can't beat the customer service you get at Subaru of Puyallup and that is why we always return! This time my wife a Subaru loyalist converted me to the Subaru family, I have always been a Toyota guy but the Toyota dealers would not make my deal for a Toyota Rav work they would not budge in a 50 dollar a month difference that we had. But Jerome, Bryan Walker and Wade in finance made it happen on my new Forrester, These guys make it happen for there customers thanks Puyallup Subaru from a new Subaru owner!

Great experience !

I had a great experience with the pre-owned vehicle department at Subaru of Puyallup! Both Dima and Mundo were incredibly helpful in finding me a pre-owned Impreza. They were very kind, professional and informative and made sure to address all of my questions and assure me that they could assist me down the road if I had any concerns. Yukon mike

Helmet from Subaru helped me with the purchase of my new GMC Yukon. Working with him on this purchase was very simple with no pressure. He was able to answer all my questions in a simple and clear manner that i could understand.

Great Experience - Kirk Schroll

Tossed the idea of trading in my Forester around for a couple months, finally pulled the trigger on a New Limited Outback, and I couldn't be happier. Kirk was very patient and never tried to push and let me work at my own pace, thank you for that. Hassle Free experience

We had Andrew as our salesman for our 2018 WRX and he was so great to work with. He stayed late for us on two occasions, ordered in the exact color we wanted and had it ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. The entire staff was friendly and it was truly a great car buying experience.
