Northwest MINI

I have been thinking about a MINI for several years. I went to NWMINI for information and to drive one. The sales experience was comfortable. They did not try to sell me on the first visit. Brad, Will and Tim were all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went on several test drives and answered many questions. The deal experience was smooth, unpressured and without a lot of back and forth. The car is a blast to drive; Brad has called since the sale to see how we were doing. That is great customer care. I would by another car from this group.

We have purchased two used and a brand new 2012 Coupe from Brad Davis and NW MINI. I have had the pleasure to also work with Eddie Bang and Diane Steeves and am a very satisfied customer. Brad is one in a million as a MA and I greatly recommend him if your looking for the BEST MINI MA in the nation! While I have a dealership that is much closer I am very happy to drive the extra miles to deal with this outstanding dealership.

I've wanted a mini for years and had finally made up my mind to just do it and get one. I live a considerable drive from Fife, Portland is much closer but I decided on this dealer not only for the wider selection but because of Brad's great service. I communicated my thoughts on what I was looking for by email and when I felt the price was too high for my first choice, Brad took what he knew from me and came back in a very short time with an alternative that fit my description perfectly and my budget! I was more than happy to make the trip up to have a look at the vehicle though I was still hesitant because what I would get for my trade would determine the final decision. Ever since we have bought Mini Cooper S from Bad we have been completely satisfied with the quality of the dealership, not only because of Brad's attitude but also because of Shawn's consistent eye for quality of his Sales team. To top it off, we have never seen a more detail oriented service crew. The car has been in several times for service or minor problems, but the attention to detail and willingness to please is beyond our satisfaction. Truly some incredible TLC has been given to our car. Believe me, I work in the service industry and can be very critical, so it is not easy for me to give a 5 out of 5, but in this case I did not hesitate. Northwest Mini is the BEST!

this is my second MINI in 5 yrs. Traded in my 2007 for a 2012. While I haven't been to the dealership often (few problems with my last car), when I walk in, everybody is friendly, knows my name, makes me feel like part of their family. We Mini folks love our cars, and they celebrate our joy with us. The sales experience, both times, wasn't the typical painful back-and-forth experience - it's just not their way. Smooth and easy.

Northwest MINI is everything that I did not expect in my car buying experience. Friendly, caring, and most importantly, no pressure. The staff is well-versed in their product.
