We live about 4 hours from the dealership and when we got there to pick up our new Countryman, our Motoring Specialist suggested we put our older Mini in Service to update the computer. The whole experience with Sales, Service and Finance were all top notch....well worth the drive! They certainly won us over!

This is my fourth mini that I have puchased at Northwest Mini. Every time I walk in the door it becomes a great experience. I really feel the people there that I have worked with are family. I have delt with alot of dealerships over the years,and Northwest Mini blows them all away. As a sales person and just a great guy, Rocky is the best. I was in the market for a car, did some extensive...
I was in the market for a car, did some extensive research online and decided a Mini was to be "the one". It had what I was looking for in a car.... looks, fabulous mileage and a price to fit my budget. But I needed to take a test drive to make sure. I was introduced to Rocky Matranga. His excitement about Mini's, professional and knowledgable, friendly and personable put me right at ease. Rocky drove the car first, explaining various functions of the car and then let me take my turn. He even had me drive a bit out of my comfort zone around some corners just so I could experience how this car just sticks to the road like glue! The details(there are a gazillion of them) and handling of the Mini and comfort just wraps around you and makes you want to drive on and on. With 6 more months on my other car's lease Rocky said to come back in April and either decide on a Mini on the lot or build one. I was hooked and didn't want to wait so made arrangements to get out of the lease and start motoring asap. I picked my Mini up a few days later...on my Birthday! I want to thank you, Rocky, and all of your coworkers for making the stressful experience of buyng a new car a truly stressfree experience.

I took my car in for oil change and to have the recall...
I took my car in for oil change and to have the recall performed as well. I got car home and found anti freeze all over my beautifully clean engine bay. I would have appreciated the tech who worked on my car to clean up his mess he made. It makes me wonder about how the other work was done on my car weather or not they take care and attention to people who have very nice automobiles.

These guys are great! Totally felt comfortable working with Brad Davis. He was so helpful and informative with all our questions and his enthusiasm was contagious. Great dealership, very friendly and respectful. Diane Steeves was great to work with too! So nice! Nothing but good vibes with the whole experience! Of course the Mini sells itself once you drive it! Would so recommend NW Mini, Brad and Diane to anyone who asks. Thanks to all of the crew at NW Mini, we love love love our new Mini!

My new Countryman S is my third MINI, each purchased at...
My new Countryman S is my third MINI, each purchased at NW MINI. When we decided to consider the All 4, 4 door model, we stopped by NW on our way home from a 'trip South', as we live in Bellingham. We sought out Rocky Matranga because he had sold us our second MINI, the Clubman, (which we have thoroughly enjoyed!) and we were impressed with his care and detail oriented approach to helping us then. Rocky sat with us, listening to our thoughts and considerations regarding the Countryman, and went with us on a test drive, pointing out the not-as-obvious differences between the two vehicles. Then he allowed us to throw questions at him, which he answered with expertise & vast understanding of this new model. Rocky also talked with their finance for us about the range of trade-in value, so we left with a ballpark idea of that amount, which we thought was very fair. We returned home and discussed the possibility of ordering a new car. I went to the great online miniusa website and configured my perfect car, sending occasional questions about colors, interior options not always easy to determine on the website. Rocky always answered these inquiries tom our satisfaction. We did decide to order the new Countryman, so we made the trip south to Fife to work with Rocky. Although we had our configuration, Rocky gave us further insight into a few of the options that were terrific additions to our model, but we had not recognized their value as either a safety issue or practicality and we added a few of those features. (having picked up our new Countryman just two days ago, we are already so glad we DID add them, and wouldn't have had Rocky not spoken up.) We are so pleased with the new car! Love our color, options and plan to drive this model for a much longer time, since it fits our lifestyle well. Rocky reviewed the entire car with us before we left the lot, and gave us opportunity to ask any questions. We drove away thoroughly understanding the purposes for each toggle and warning light... We would recommend NWMINI in a heartbeat. We especially enjoy working with Rocky, as he is friendly, honest, and srudies up on the inticate details of each MINI model. He knows his "stuff" and truly is a man of integrity. We have appreciated his followups to those questions during this process and his commitment to our full satisfaction, including his explanation o a Triple Protection Package which we will return to purchase and have applied to the Countryman soon. Hope this review helps others interested in this very fun brand, MINI Cooper! And if you see us, give a nod or a wave. We're the ones with the big smiles on our faces:)

My husband and I both purchased MINI Coopers in 2010. He bought his in November and because of the overwhelmingly positive experience we had during his purchase, I went back to NW MINI in December for a test drive. I drove off the lot in an oxygen blue hard top with white racing stripes and I couldn't have been happier. Brad Davis is undoubtedly the best car salesperson either of us has worked with. He is approachable, informative, friendly, patient and most of all, not pushy. I can't even count the times I've recommended this dealership because buying a car there feels so different. Ask anyone. Stepping onto a car lot isn't on anyone's list of favorites. With Northwest MINI, it's different. In fact, I actually look forward to my annual car checkups because I get to say hello to Brad, check out the latest MINI motoring gear, and ask about what's new in the MINI line. We're already daydreaming about new cars,(I'm ready for purple haze to make a comeback) perhaps with a leasing option in the future. I have no doubt that Brad will take care of us when it comes to a trade in and I trust this dealership to be fair and reasonable on all accounts. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes. With no hesitation whatsoever.
