Vehicle Sold

Vehicle was sold by the registered owner who provided the new owner with a prepaid Service Receipt to introduce her to the Dealer who had provided all services recommended and needed since the purchase of the vehicle from that Dealer. The vehicle had been setting in a garage for months without being driven and the Prepaid Service allowed the buyer to review all previous services and introduce her to the preferred service who had sold the vehicle to the seller. Considered by the seller to be a very good way to start the young owner with a used car from a valued dealership.

Good job

Service work completed on time as promised. Staff was good to work with, Price for service was comparable. Able to get vehicle in when I wanted.

efficient service

servicing was actually done quicker than anticipated. friendly people to work with and when making the appointment, they knew exactly what I needed to have done

Low Tire Pressure Warning Light "ON"

Vehicle brought into Bob Lowth Ford, Bemidji, MN, with a low tire pressure warning light on. Within 10 minutes of a non-appointment type appearance, the vehicle was taken into the repair shop, a nail quickly found in the driver's side rear tire causing a significant tire pressure loss that had turned on a warning light. The results were quickly reviewed and shown with the tire subsequently quickly repaired. THANKS!
