Friendly and considerate.
Vicky King helped us with our purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the Mazda6 we were purchasing and covered all aspects of the car. I'd recommend West Hills Ford Mazda for their personal service and wide selection. Event though I had come in with a vehicle in mind, Vicky showed me the options that were available and other like models for comparison.

I do recommend West Hills Ford because of their confidence, and willingness to work with you. Morgane Wicke, RJ Singh and Barry are great people to deal with. Morgane definitely knows the vehicle(s) that you are interested in looking at. She is willing to look for availability if they don't have what you want.

The worst customer service and sales staff
I feel like I need a shower after buying a car from these people. I will never get the new car I bought serviced here and if I could of brought it back I would have. Totally disappointed in the management, sales staff, service staff and overall process I went through buying a car I normally love. I may never buy another ford product again because of these unprofessional people. It’s been almost a year since I bought the car, they never sent a survey to me and I am still upset. I have asked all my friends and family to avoid this dealership. My name is Bryan Leatherman so you know I really mean what I wrote. P.S. send me a real survey from Ford so I can provide a real survey to Ford.

Car buying made easy!
We bought our Mazda 6 from John Roberts, and he was amazing and down to earth. I never felt pressure from him, but instead a desire to find the right car for us. Everyone we met was amazing! Highly recommend checking out West Hills Mazda for your next vehicle.

Quick and Easy
We had our Mazda 6 in for an oil change and a recall fix a couple of months ago. While waiting we walked around looking at 2018 Mazda models. Marco Wolf greeted us and we spent 20-30 minutes talking about the CX-5 and 9. His knowledge and personality caused me to find a permanent spot for his business card. On 3-20 we received a flyer from West Hills and decided to check it out. We called ahead so Marco could meet us and now we are the happy owners of a new 2018 CX-5.

Horrible experience
I went to the dealership looking for a newer car the sales person had a list of multiple cars that I might like, when it came to Gathering all the information that they needed and sending it to the finance company was the worst experience of my life and I will never go through that again.

Great Sales Crew
I bought a F-150 from West Hills Ford and had a great experience. My sales associate Shawn Barrera was one of the most knowledgeable salesman that I have ever worked with. He knew that truck in and out, and helped set everything up. Management and financing departments worked smooth and efficiently to get me on the road quickly. Love my new truck.

Purchased and leased a car in the same day
I came to the dealership with the purpose of getting out of my old mazda 6 that served us well for 16 years. Working with Kyle Kemper we found a used certified vehicle with low miles that fit my budget. We also worked through the costco car buying program which makes things so more easier and transparent. We then worked on trading in our currently leased mazda 3 and got me wife into a new mazda 6 lease. Very good experience.

Knowledgeable, efficient and caring...
I quickly provided my list of requirements to Morgane Wicke, when I walked in the door of the dealership. She just happened to be standing there. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable and did research and found 3 used cars for us to try. All of the cars were in beautiful clean condition. We fell for a beautiful ruby red 2014 Ford Edge, that met all of our requirements. We were treated with respect and consideration. My husband is disabled and we were taken care of very well. The business manager and the sales manager were both really nice and understanding when we started feeling tired. We are happy with our purchase and the whole experience.
