The best dealership!!!!

FRANK JEFFERS is the best, super nice great customer service, very knowledgeable. We both our 2014 Chevy Silverado last month and had the best experience working with Frank, I knew that he will definitely be the best person to help me with any future car purchases I will make. It didn't take me to long to go back and get me a nice Chrysler. He made everything so easy for me, especially that I walked in there with a big list of not sure what I want.... Anyway I can go on for hours. Thank you Frank and everyone at WEST HILLS CHRYSLER JEEP, Bremerton.....

David Crawford was friendly and kept in good communication. Work was done as requested. Vehicle was washed, vacuumed and smelled good. Happy with the service.

When I was looking for pricing of a new Jeep Cherokee...

When I was looking for pricing of a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, West Hill Jeep was the only one that priced things as I asked for, instead of trying to talk me into something else, so that is why I selected them. My experience after I had decided to use them only reinforced by decision. Our salesman Jon Post was great, easy to deal with, straight forward and I didn't feel like I was getting the Sales Treatment. Everyone else that I dealt with seemed great as well. I would definitely refer people to this dealer.

I went to look around for a new or used car. John worked with me and my budget and I drove off in a new dart :) I love my car. I would recommend west hills to anyone and I'll be buying my next car there as well!

Everyone was extremely helpful. Don Buesen was my agent, but if someone else could be of help they would be. When I first walked in I was allowed to look around at my leisure without being "attacked" by anyone. My first visit I just wanted some information and didn't want a sales pitch as I was going to look at other companies (Ford, Chevy, etc.) and left. I came back when I had decided that I wanted a Jeep, but still was not interested in taking a test drive. At this time Don gave me much more information and helped me out with how to use my "Jeep Site". I then got it narrowed down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E or Limited; and came back for a test drive. I decided on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E, but was somewhat concerned about how big they were. I spied the Cherokee and Don told me it was smaller, and offered to take me on a test drive (without pressuring me for the more expensive model). I found that I preferred the Cherokee over the Grand Cherokee and Don made it happen. Your financial agent was great too, and though I can't remember his name, I am sure Don will know it and I want to give him credit also for making this a stress free, almost pleasurable experience.
