My new truck

Its been a while since I purchased a new vehicle and I absolutely dreaded the thought of the process. I was pleasantly surprised how easy we settled on a fair price. next came the paperwork, as expected this took quite some time. I feel confident that the financing dept. was researching the best available terms. At the end of the day, it was all worth it when I drove home in a fantastic new truck. Thanks! Mike Kirchmeier

Amazing Service

I have never felt so welcome at a car dealership. Frank Jeffers and the whole team at West Hills CJD made my car buying experience something to talk about. Down to earth employees

Took our jeep in to replace serpentine belt. I knew the jeep needed other maintenance work but could not afford it at this time. Husband is disabled and it all falls on me to take care of jeep. Kind of hard when you really don't know half the stuff but I am learning. Scott was not only friendly but kind and did not make me feel bad when he pointed out we really had not taken the jeep in for any service other than oil change and it has over 50,000 miles on it and I told him I couldn't afford all of it. Maybe we could do it a little at a time. He said it would be fine and he could point out the stuff that should be taken care of first....priorities basis. When I saw the total, I felt really bad because I know it is out of our budget. He did not make me feel bad. He was sensitive to our budget and suggested the W.F. Advantage Credit Card. I didn't think we would be approved but without pressure, he said I could give it a try if I WANTED to. I thought, what the heck. So we tried. We got approved and the jeep is now in tip-top shape. Scott could have just brushed me off and replaced the serpentine belt and I would have left feeling bad knowing the jeep needed so much ( which I already knew). It is not like he tried to scare me into getting more done, you know, spend more than I should have. Again, no pressure....sensitive to our situation and did not make me want to look down when I told him I couldn't afford to pay for it all at once. Kudos to the person who hired him.

Beyond expectations!

I was lucky enough to snag John right before another appointment. He was very friendly and informative, with out being the stereotypical "pushy sales man". He made me comfortable and confident that i was purchasing the perfect "first car", that I was about to finance on my own!

Friendly staff, excellent service.

Terry and the rest of the service department were very friendly. They informed me of what work needed to be done, and made sure I understood everything they were doing. I was quoted a price and estimated time they would be finished, and fixed the parts with no charge to me and were done with my vehicle 3 hours earlier than expected. Overall a very pleasant experience, and will continue to take both my Dodge and Jeep to the dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

Very Good Experiance

Very Good Experience & will recommend West Hill to all my friends! Went to a place 3 times in Port Orchard, WA, where my Brother recommended & they fixed a light bulb, But then my locks stopped working: so now where do I go?? They, mechanic on Mile Hill, Port Orchard, WA, said go to West Hill, in Bremerton. So of course I did & am very surprised at all the Good Service. Because of all this good service I did decide to have that 'Clunk' Fixed @ $2,289.oo & they are lending me a Rental Van for the 2 or 3 day's it will take to fix my Van. For I am taking people 3 or 5 Lady's to a Monday night meeting & same-thing Tuesday to Seattle & back, then Wednesday is our 'Play' BYU Singers in Bremerton. So my life can still go on; With out an Auto wouldn't have worked out so good. I Do Thank-You for all this Service & Do appreciate it all !!! Thank-You have me for a full time customer. LaRae'

Good service and friendly atmosphere

Usually see another service rep but he was busy so Scott offered to help and get the job done. He took care of all my needs and even helped with the key fob as it needed a new battery. Very good and friendly service.

Amazing Customer Service

We have now purchased two vehicles from this dealership. By far this was the best experience we have had. John Abbott is an awesome dealer. Very friendly, funny and most importantly he doesn't use the pressuring tactic that a lot of dealers do. Hes very down to earth. And I look forward to returning for my son's first car in a few years. If your looking for a new/or new to you car I highly suggest you go see John Abbott and see what a great car salesman is all about! Everyone at West Hills Jeep is amazing to work with. Awesome as always

I have purchased a few new vehicles from the hill and I must say that Chad is one of the most professional sales people that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I never felt pressured and when a car didn't meet my needs he always had an alternative to look at or would let me continue to shop even if that meant looking at other dealers; I came back time and again and it was due impart to the fact I have never been pushed into a vehicle that wasn't for me. It's not very often that sales and customer service meet in a single individual but working with Chad and the rest of the team at West hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge makes the buying experience a pleasant one. I will return to this dealer and work with Chad again for my families next purchase.
