Robbie Rosen is an exceptional asset to your company. This is our third purchase at Spokane BMW over the years, and by FAR, Robbie has demonstrated to be the most knowledgeable, thorough and efficient sales person we have dealt with. We came in for our scheduled maintenance on our X5. Knowing this year is going to hold a purchase of a new car at some point considering the miles on our car, while we were waiting I wanted to have my husband get in and out of some vehicles to see which is most comfortable. We ended up trading our car in for a newer model. Robbie was attentive, patient and resourceful during the process. TY for another great experience buying our new car!!!!

Good dealership and my salesman Lucas was awesome but the
Good dealership and my salesman Lucas was awesome but the dealership doesn’t have a good visual appeal to it. The inside of the dealership seems a little run down compared to other BMW dealerships I have been to. Other dealerships make your overall experience very special and treat you like a VIP. Lucas my salesman did but the overall dealership doesn’t. Lucas made it a great experience and he is very professional. He is the only salesman I would go to there.

I had a very good experience in ordering and subsequent leasing of the new i4 vehicle that was picked up during the last week of March 2025. Luckily this purchase was made last November saving me from the utter chaos about to happen in the auto industry due to the planned tariffs by the idiots in charge of US government. Thanks to the sales team for making the experience pleasant answering any questions I had.
