Untrustworthy dealership.

Untrustworthy dealership. They listed an used vehicle at a certain price with Driveway.com, then this dealership reduced the price by $500 but would not update that price with Driveway.com. Then this dealership increased the price by over $2,000. Just to try and lure you into purchasing a vehicle from them. Who knows what else they would have "changed" during the transaction? BUYERS BEWARE!

Audrey was GREAT.

Audrey was GREAT. My X5 needed service & I received professional treatment, great communication & the work took more than a day so they provided a loaner at no cost. Great to work with Audrey!

Terrible experience! The sales crew are annoying and incompetent at best, but more likely manipulative and dishonest bunch.

Robbie Rosen is an exceptional asset to your company. This is our third purchase at Spokane BMW over the years, and by FAR, Robbie has demonstrated to be the most knowledgeable, thorough and efficient sales person we have dealt with. We came in for our scheduled maintenance on our X5. Knowing this year is going to hold a purchase of a new car at some point considering the miles on our car, while we were waiting I wanted to have my husband get in and out of some vehicles to see which is most comfortable. We ended up trading our car in for a newer model. Robbie was attentive, patient and resourceful during the process. TY for another great experience buying our new car!!!!

I had a very good experience in ordering and subsequent

I had a very good experience in ordering and subsequent leasing of the new i4 vehicle that was picked up during the last week of March 2025. Luckily this purchase was made last November saving me from the utter chaos about to happen in the auto industry due to the planned tariffs by the idiots in charge of US government. Thanks to the sales team for making the experience pleasant answering any questions I had.
