Best new car buying experience ever.

I've purchased at least four new cars from dealers in my life and my recent purchase of a Jeep Limited was the best ever. Michael Hiett was easy to work with and was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Happy Jeep owner

My experience was very positive and excellent customer service. Troy and Matt worked hard to ensure my husband and I were taken care of and happy with his service. I appreciate how much time they took explaining things and answering all our questions. I will definitely do business with Lithia again.

Always prepared to be professional

Every employee I have come into contact at this dealership knows what their role is and seems prepared to do it well. We've been going to this dealership for oil changes and maintenance of our Jeep for apprx 2+ years.

Honest

The deal with the sales staff was agreed upon on a handshake for a ordered truck. When unexpected kinks show'd up they stayed with the hand shake deal even tho circumstances changed a little. This was very good as the deal was a good one for me. We started doing business with Lithia because of the extra mile Tony Allen in Service went to help us when we needed it several years ago. Because of his excellent service and communication we have bought a few trucks over the years from Lithia. The sales staff treated me like I was their only customer and they were there for me. I will definitely continue to do business with Lithia.

Great Assistance

From the beginning to the end, Cameron was their to help us. This was my son first car, he worked with in our price range and made sure we found a car that meet his needs. He searched through the Lithia search tool until he found what we needed. This is not my first vehicle through Lithia Chryslers Jeep Dodge of South Anchorage and most definitely not my last.

Should not be a Lithia Dealership

Had a scheduled appointment at 8am. No loaner, not even an attempt to acquire a loaner of any kind. A "shuttle" that runs once every 90 minutes. 9am rolls around and my car is still sitting outside and no shuttle in sight. I contact a friend to come pick me up but for the time being I thought I would look at some of the cars on the lot. The lot is a complete mess, especially for Lithia's standards or at least the Lithia dealers I've been to and heard about. The lot looks like people just drive cars in and leave them. Not one was "detailed", multiple vehicles had trash, energy drinks and such inside them, ON THE LOT FOR SALE. They had new mixed with used and you couldn't tell the difference because out of the 30 vehicles I looked at only 5 had stickers saying the price and options, the rest MAYBE had a "as is no warranty" sticker. It gets better, I spent probably 20 minutes walking around outside, in the front of the lot where everyone could see me and was never asked a single question or approached by anyone. I am not sure how well this dealership is doing, but if you asked me, I would say failing... FAILING HARD! I will never return to this dealer other than to pick up my car, instead I will make the trip to go out to the valley where I purchased my car (Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Wasilla) because every I go there I am ALWAYS impressed with their service, customer service, car selection, and their sales people.
