I have lifetime oil changes and I am treated extremely well

I have lifetime oil changes and I am treated extremely well every time I go in for an oil change. I almost always wait for my Jeep, and I am always out of there within 45 minutes to 90 minutes. To me that is exceptional service. I like it they point out to me what might need to be fixed. 95% of the time I choose to fix or change the item requiring attention. I also purchased a 1 million mile warranty, and many times the other 5% of the time the issue is covered under that warranty, The bottom line is I feel that I get treated with respect. I am a man.

Service

The ONLY reason we continue to purchase our Jeeps from Lithia, is Kenny Ellert in the service department. Kenny has always been professional, courteous, and honest. He is able to schedule our vehicles quickly and always calls us as soon as soon as they are ready to be picked up. No question, best employee in the department!

Amazing customer service and wonderful buying experience!

Mike Hiett was wonderful to work with. I was not sure I would be able to afford a new vehicle and he helped me every step of the way - from finding a comparable vehicle to the one I had seen online but that had already sold to scheduling a test drive, pointing out all the features of the vehicle I was test driving, making sure the vehicle had the things I was looking for, to working with me on the financing options and giving me lots of options that would fit within my budget. I also very much appreciated that he was not trying to push me into buying something that I could not really afford. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also appreciate James King's help with approving an excellent deal and making sure I was well taken care of and Marcus Reed's help in the financing process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody who is in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Ram 1500 Eco Diesel

Great sales staff in particular Walter Pride and sales Manager Henry Diaz. We got exactly the truck we wanted and felt we received a fair deal.

Great service, Great price and fair with trade in value

Great service, wasn't out to gouge me, gave me a lot of options and I got the vehicle I wanted. Also gave me options with financing .

RAM 1500 Diesel

We worked with Keith Facer and the experience was great. Keith spent a lot of time trying to find a vehicle that would meet our requirements. There were none in the local stock but he was able to find a match at another Lithia dealer and had the truck transported to us. We made an offer and Keith came back and said he could get us into the truck for almost $3,000 less than our offer. How often does that happen? Sales, Service and delivery were great. The hard push by the finance guy for dealer extras - extended warranty, lifetime oil change, paint warranty, etc. - made that part of the process overly long as he wasn't understanding "no". Lithia would be my first choice for new vehicle purchase next time.

Patrick Osbon was great

Great service and a nice deal with no pressure! I bought 2 vehicles from Patrick. He provided a great experience and his follow-up after the sale is top notch! Marcus Reed in Finance was the best. Again great service and no pressure even though it was way past closing time. Justin in the Parts Dept thoroughly explained the options I had for accessories and helped me choose the right ones. Go see these guys, they'll treat you well.

My 2016 Scat Pack Dodge Challenger

I recently bought my first Dodge Challenger from David Huskey and Marcus Reed online, text messaging and phone calls, if went flawlessly. The best purchasing a new vehicle experience I've every had. Would highly recommend this experience of purchasing a vechicle too all.
