We purchased this car for our son as a High School graduation/birthday gift. We wanted it to be his dream car and the Salesman, Robbie Dixon, walked us through the models available, special order process, transit procedures and aftermarket options. He consistently kept the lines of communication open, followed through on his commitments and delivered a beautiful car to a totally surprised young man and his proud family on March 10th, 2015. Exactly as he promised back in November of 2014. We are very satisfied with the over-all experience and please know I went into the process with low expectations from past experience. I recently purchased a new Ram from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of anchorage and couldn't be happier with the service. We went through and tested numerous trucks and we're never steered wrong. Our Sales Associate Michael stuck with us the whole time and even stayed after hours to finish the paperwork. It does not simply end when you purchase your car I was Told to come back at the end of the week and they would even fill my tank for me. This is our second car from this store and we will co tinue to use them.
