Good experience at a dealership!!

After an unpleasant experience at Kendall Toyota we happened to go by this place and our whole day turned around. The salesmen were very helpful and accomodating. The service department was also great!

SUPER easy experience with SUPER friendly service!

Jeni was awesome! She made our car buying experience the easiest one we've ever had. Excellent customer service! She made sure to make everything as accommodating as she could, even bringing the truck to us for a test drive during our busy day.

Excellent advice

I had some technical questions about truck suspension systems best answered buy a maintenance tech. Shane, at the service desk, walked me back and found the right guy who not only knew what I needed but gave me advice about how to go about it. Question answered! Thank you very much!

Robert

I would recommend seeing Robert he was awesome in helping me get my new jeep. He brought the Jeep to me to see and test drive because I couldn't leave work. His customer service is outstanding. Also his fill in Skinny helped a lot as well by giving me a ride to the dealer ship since I didn't have a way there. My over all experience was outstanding. Thanks guys!!

Pleasent experience buying a truck at Lithia Dodge

Service: Tony in Service is professional and works hard to make sure you and your vehicle is getting the best service possible. I highly recommend him for all your vehicles service work. Sales: I have bought several vehicles from Lithia and the most recent went very well with Eric Grenier. His candor and pleasant no pressure attitude allow me to work on my schedule to find the truck I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the upgrades that I would need on the truck for Alaska and worked his magic in the back to get me the best price available. I shopped out of state and the price I bought the truck for was better than out of state offers!! It was a great experience and look forward to working with Lithia in the future.

My New Jeepie Jeepie!

I am very pleased to write this recommendation for a five star rating for Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Pricing, and Overall Experience on behalf of Matt Ragle. I was first referred to Matt last November, based on his knowledge of the Jeeps. Over the next two months, Matt and I worked together on determining which Jeep model would be best fit my needs. We test drove a number of models including the one I eventually purchased. I found him to be very resourceful and knowledgeable. He also has a wonderful demeanor with customers and an exceptional sales management style. He made me feel at ease and put no pressure on me. I have had bad experiences in the past with other car dealers, but Matt helped me forget all about them. Matt was very patient with me and suggested an alternative proposal that convinced me that my second choice better suited my needs. Matt is a very talented car sales representative and I recommend him highly, including suggesting my daughter go see Matt Ragle at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of South Anchorage when she is ready to purchase a new vehicle. It was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to do business with Matt Ragle. I am not sure if the dealer has an employee of the month, but Matt gets my vote for the month of January 2015. a few comments

Nate did a great job and the service was done well. I'll pass on a few comments to use as you like: -I want to do business with you but every time I look at your service charges it makes me gasp. I know that dealerships are always more expensive than other places but I'm not sure why. Some of your competition, not shade tree mechanics, have some significant overhead also. They are not cheap either but value (price compared to quality compared to guarantee) is something I always try to evaluate. -Your bill always generates suggested services. It would help me as a consumer if you broke that out to be "must" and "should". My bill suggested $1100 in service. Because it's always a large amount, I have a tendency to disregard it. In reality, some of that must be done and offering some sort of package discount or coupon might encourage your customers to agree and have it done. As it is, zero money is a lot less than some.

Love my new car!

While there were snags and hiccups with repairs making it longer to take delivery, Jeni was AWESOME and on top of it at all times!

Review

Had my regular oil change and had nitro put in the tires and asked if they could fill my washer fluid using fluid I provided.
