Awesome work!!

Tony was so nice to my husband and I. He wanted to make sure we were taken care of and it was an amazing experience. We live on base and we are more then happy to do the drive across town for the service we get. Keep up the good work tony!

New durango

Sales reps were great, very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. They even found a couple options for me to help me save a little extra green. Went in with the expectation of the typical pushy sales guy showing up but Rob was very courteous and helpful he even took the time after his shift was over to help me move all my belongings from the vehicle I traded in. Then Alex was great and even caught a typo in the process and was able to handle it quickly and efficiently. Alex was very thorough and explained the benefits of all the warranties and protection plans in a way that made it very easy to understand and even pointed out a few items on the vehicle that were covered that I hadn't expected to be included. Overall, it was a far better experience than I had expected which was a huge relief considering this was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership especially since it was my first new car purchase.

Great Experience

Friendly staff and excellent service. I didn't really expect to leave with a "new" vehicle but did anyways after I had my 10 year old Ram P/U there for repairs. I ended up buying a pre-owned vehicle in very nice condition half the age of my vehicle.

New Jeep

The buying car experience was better than I thought it would be. I walked in told them what I was looking for pointed me in the right direction and found one I liked. They where all knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Calista Ross was able to tell a lot about the bells and whistles of the new jeep.

Service of my Call of Duty Wrangler 2012

Kenny was an excellent service tech. Please thank him for me. Make sure you give him 5 stars. Charles Martin Please tell Service Manager, Todd Novak thank you for helping to get my custom seat found and the recall on my wrangler fixed. Todd is a very excellent representative of the customer service process. I had been waiting on this custom seat cover of over 1 year and after coming in it got lost again, if it hadn't been for Todd Novak, this cover would never of been put on. Thank you Todd. Charles Martin PS-- I do have an issue concerning having to wait on this seat cover for over 1 year.

New purchase

I bought a used vehicle from Mike 3 years ago and was satisfied with the purchase. I needed a new truck so I went back to Lithia and spoke to a 2 different sales associates. They were both great. Isaiah took the time to find exactly what I wanted. I am happy with the purchase and have no regrets.
