Lithia service department review
Service is awesome! The tech couldn't recreate the original problem I described when making my service appointment so they sent a tech to ride along so we could explain exactly what I felt when my vehicle was acting up. We went through a series of what ifs and found a conclusion that worked for both parties involved and saved me $100. The courtesy van was quick on the pick and drop off. Our rental car for the day was setup and ready to go once the rental counter opened.

Too much play in the steering wheel on my Dodge

I was in from Homer for recall work on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500. I requested that they expedite the work so that I could return to Homer by close of business. Incredibly, they had the recall work and the oil change done by 11:15 a.m. GOOD WORK!

Best dealer and service!!
My wife and I both drive 300 miles round trip to have all service work done at Lithia Anchorage, though we have a dealer 2 miles from us. Lithia treats us with respect and they are very professional and knowledgeable in their products.

2014 Jeep cherokee

Lithia oil change
Came in for oil change, was greeted very nicely by Dillion, he was very helpful and courteous , but he was inexperienced for the computer requirements to get my information entered. Not his fault but management should not of thrown him out there without proper training. Other than that I was totally satisfied with my experience with this dealership.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
We needed to replace a sports car that proved too uncomfortable and could only be driven 4-5 months a year. We spent a few months working with Nick Hjelmgren on finding the right car for us. Nick was always ready to answer questions and show us anything we wanted to see. We purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. We bought it from the lot inventory, yet it is everything in a SUV that I would have ordered. The purchase process was nearly painless and Nick very knowledgeable about the various vehicles.
