Lithia service department review

Service is awesome! The tech couldn't recreate the original problem I described when making my service appointment so they sent a tech to ride along so we could explain exactly what I felt when my vehicle was acting up. We went through a series of what ifs and found a conclusion that worked for both parties involved and saved me $100. The courtesy van was quick on the pick and drop off. Our rental car for the day was setup and ready to go once the rental counter opened.

Review of work recently performed at Lithia

I was in from Homer for recall work on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500. I requested that they expedite the work so that I could return to Homer by close of business. Incredibly, they had the recall work and the oil change done by 11:15 a.m. GOOD WORK!

Great price

The salesman I worked with was very friendly and was not at all pushy. He showed me exactly what I had asked for and did not try and push me toward another vehicle. It was a very easy vehicle purchase. Thank so much for the help.

09 Dodge Ram Repair

Service Adviser Tony A. and Shop Foreman James Z. is the "Reason" I do business with this dealership. These two gentlemen are professionals that keeps care of the customer always. Prompt service! Lithia should recognize these two men for the customer care they provide and the quality work they perform in a timely fashion.

Best dealer and service!!

My wife and I both drive 300 miles round trip to have all service work done at Lithia Anchorage, though we have a dealer 2 miles from us. Lithia treats us with respect and they are very professional and knowledgeable in their products.

2014 Jeep cherokee

We were looking for a 2014 cherokee with specific options. Robert showed us the inventory available with the options we wanted and did not pressure us. He was very patient and understanding of our needs/wants. We recommend this dealership and Robert to anyone.

Lithia oil change

Came in for oil change, was greeted very nicely by Dillion, he was very helpful and courteous , but he was inexperienced for the computer requirements to get my information entered. Not his fault but management should not of thrown him out there without proper training. Other than that I was totally satisfied with my experience with this dealership.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

We needed to replace a sports car that proved too uncomfortable and could only be driven 4-5 months a year. We spent a few months working with Nick Hjelmgren on finding the right car for us. Nick was always ready to answer questions and show us anything we wanted to see. We purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. We bought it from the lot inventory, yet it is everything in a SUV that I would have ordered. The purchase process was nearly painless and Nick very knowledgeable about the various vehicles. I personally have dealt with Lithia for 15 years and have never been disappointed. I do recommend them to my friends..
