I shopped two days before going to this dealership. My experience was great...Calista Ross was /is very knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. Calista was recommend by Troy Jarvis, he added that she knows more about jeeps than himself. He was right!! She listened to what i wanted, she went above n beyond my expectations. I have had two car experiences before I went to this dealership. I hated both...so I dreaded having to trade my Ford Escape because I hated the entire process of buying a car. It takes forever and the dealer usually gives me the run around. I am thankful that Robert Ezzell made the process easy for me and was by far a lot better than my past experiences with car dealers. I did not leave the dealership with a migraine/headache!!! I am very happy with my new Jeep Wrangler - Sahara 2014! Everyone at work loves it and my friends in the lower 48 love the fact that it has bumper to bumper lifetime warranty!!!

This is my second experience with Lithia Jeep and, once more, I'm impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the sales staff. Josh Taylor and Mike Miskinis both helped me get the Jeep I wanted for a fair price. I went in knowing what I wanted and spent just about two hours at the dealership getting the financing completed, the options I wanted and having the vehicle brought in from Wasilla. Josh was both kind and thorough going over the particulars of the new Jeep and I haven't locked the key in the car yet! A special thanks to Lithia for making car buying an easy process.
