Excellent customer service! He communicated every step with us! David was very patient and he showed us that he wanted to make sure we left with a newer, safer vehicle for our family! He has amazing customer skills! It was a long process but he made it feel simple! Thanks David for the five star service

Working with David Franco was the best experience Iv had...

Working with David Franco was the best experience Iv had at a car dealership. I was just getting out of a car that had problems back to back from a different dealership and just walked in not 100% on what I wanted to look at in there inventory. I explained to him what was happening with my previous dealership and how I had a super short time frame unfortunately before I had to catch a flight. We check out a couple vehicles and was able to work with my price range and my credit which is not the best and within I want to say like three days I was driving my jeep! David explained to me the different features and was very thorough on my paperwork and explained everything to me. On top of all that he even followed me to my other dealership in the new car I purchased from him so I could drop off the old vehicle and be done with it! Can I also mention that he came in and finished everything up ON HIS DAY OFF so I could be all good to go?! Even filled up my gas tank and verified again for me that it was serviced and all the fluids were up. I literally left there with so much weight off my shoulders I couldn’t stop saying how much less stress i have now being in a reliable vehicle and having a sales rep that has great communication skills I couldn’t stop repeating it while we were driving around. ALSO, Cody Coker, finance manager was amazing! So sooo busy but great customer service skills had been working an extra long shift hadn’t ate yet and y’all wouldn’t have even known he was so quick with paperwork made sure I understood it all and answered questions I had all while we were laughing. I got so lucky with the people I worked with there and it was a great experience! I havnt stopped talking about it and recommended them to everyone!

John Palmer was awesome, excellent friendly service and knowledgeable of the Jeeps. John helped make my buying experience easy, he went above and beyond to get us a good deal and we got exactly what we ask for.

We had service scheduled for a 2018 . David got in touch with us with an amazing deal!! We came by the store and spent a few hours with him. No more service scheduled....oh yeah, we drove home in a brand new 2020 Pacifica launch edition!! Thank you David, you made this easy, and FUN!!

David Franco was awesome! Answered all our questions, or found the answer for the very few questions he didn’t know off the top of his head. He throughly explained everything, and took extra time to explain some features that he didn’t have to explain. He was very upfront and honest about everything, and made the entire process very quick and easy!

I went Lithia South Anchorage with just a test drive in...

I went Lithia South Anchorage with just a test drive in mind. I left with a vehicle. Why? Because they did all they could to make it happen. They kept asking the question “what would it take, for us, to” help you drive the vehicle home. I told them what it would take, and they made it happen. Win Win. Best vehicle buying experience I have had. Good job folks, another happy customer.
