Dave Franco got me in my DREAM Truck, 2020 Ram Limited Black Appearance Package. He called me after an internet search for the truck I wanted. He said they had the exact one I was looking for. Three hours later it was in my driveway. I had my two young kids with me, Dave was super accommodating to them, and allowed them to be kids. This is the ONLY Lithia Dealership in Anchorage I will work with from here on out. After working with Lithia Chevy of South Anchorage, it is totally different vibe at Lithia Chrysler Dodge of South Anchorage. I actually felt valued, compared to Chevy of South Anchorage. They had my vehicle detailed and waiting for me, with a full tank of gas!! Very happy with my purchase and service .
