We worked with Mason Felli from the very beginning. He was wonderful! He did everything possible to accommodate us, as we are not in Anchorage. He sent us as much information as we asked. He went above and beyond. It is a hard thing shopping for a vehicle from a different city, but he was courteous and professional. We then dealt with Cody Coker when handling finance. He was able to work with us and get a better deal than expected when we ran into issues with our bank. We appreciated all his help, he was professional and knowledgeable. Had a fantastic experience buying my new Dodge Ram 1500. Mike Hiett is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. Lithia chrysler dodge jeep is by far the worst. I was denied even with a cosigner. I was waiting in the truck for there decision and never got it. They talked to my co signer and never said a word to me. The cosigner told me they would approve him alone for a new vehicle or one that was a 2013 with 85,000 miles or less. But not with me on it. This was all discrimination on me for being disabled and only recieving disability. The only reason he was a co signer was for the income. So why would they approve him without me? With a bankruptcy on his credit within last 4 years? I have no bankruptcy no repossession and a car loan that was in good standing, paid in full, and closed last year (all from another lithia dealer and my credit was worse then when i purchased that vehicle)? The sales person mike never once saud a word to me once he took the paperwork to the finance person nothing about the denial or anything. This is discrimination against a disabled person and it is so uncalled for. I will be reporting them.

David was awesome at finding me my dream truck and made things incredibly easy paperwork wise. If you are unsure of exactly what you want just ask for David. He will line you out.
