Always treat me as more than a sale

Lithia always listens to what I want and need in a vehicle. This time, Cody Coker really looked for not just the basic necessities but he found something spectacular. If you are looking for a vehicle, I can't think of a better place to go.

Poor customer service

I regret buying a car here and I regret getting talked into a lifetime oil change. The wait has always been around three hours, you can’t schedule it online, and I have reached out to the service department when I’ve had issues with my car under warranty only to never hear back. They do not care about their customers.

They were easy to work with

Really easy to work with. I came in looking for a new Dodge we ordered one up online. By the time I came back from my trip it was ready for me. The dealership worked with the budget I was willing to pay so I was totally in for oth of us.

Great experience being a first time buyer.

Great experience with very knowledgeable salesperson. I would recommend Chuck Coleman to anyone he could answer all our questions and knew In Detail all the features of the Dart.

I was in search for the perfect truck!

There were two employees that made my experience buying the truck of my dreams an absolute pleasure, Bob Fudge and Henry Diaz. The Costco auto program is how I discovered Lithia Dodge. Costco connected me with Henry, then Bob helped me sort through all the options and test drives. Henry explained the towing capabilities like he had a PhD in towing, then Bob helped me decide on the perfect truck that's going to take me into retirement! I just can't say enough good things about Bob and Henry. Oh, I can't forget the others who also made a positive impression and helped answer questions: Tony Allen, Ansel Sandone, Matthew Ragle, and John Okesiewski. Again, thank you so very much!

Chuck was very helpful and patient as I had several options available to me, and he went through them all and helped me find the vehicle that fit my criteria and a good price on it. Love the new Grand Cherokee, thank you Chuck.

Most fun we had buying a new vehicle

Thank you Bob Fudge for making our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase such a fun process. Love our jeep! Being our fourth jeep purchased from Lithia, we know they always treat us right. And Bob made sure we were well taken care of and made the process fun. We definitely recommend Lithia.

Almost too EZ!

I had a very relaxed and cordial visit resulting in a purchase. My wife generally has very little patience for "the game" but was at ease during the entire procedure and was encouraging me the whole time to make a purchase.
