Poor customer service
I regret buying a car here and I regret getting talked into a lifetime oil change. The wait has always been around three hours, you can’t schedule it online, and I have reached out to the service department when I’ve had issues with my car under warranty only to never hear back. They do not care about their customers.

Really easy to work with. I came in looking for a new Dodge we ordered one up online. By the time I came back from my trip it was ready for me. The dealership worked with the budget I was willing to pay so I was totally in for oth of us.

I was in search for the perfect truck!
There were two employees that made my experience buying the truck of my dreams an absolute pleasure, Bob Fudge and Henry Diaz. The Costco auto program is how I discovered Lithia Dodge. Costco connected me with Henry, then Bob helped me sort through all the options and test drives. Henry explained the towing capabilities like he had a PhD in towing, then Bob helped me decide on the perfect truck that's going to take me into retirement! I just can't say enough good things about Bob and Henry. Most fun we had buying a new vehicle

Almost too EZ!
I had a very relaxed and cordial visit resulting in a purchase. My wife generally has very little patience for "the game" but was at ease during the entire procedure and was encouraging me the whole time to make a purchase.
