We chose The Ford Store as our first stop on an anticipated long journey seeking to find the right car for our family. As it turns out, and as we started to look at the large array of cars on the lot, Eli Diaz, sales consultant, introduced himself to us, and we begin looking for a car. Within a few hours, we found our car of choice, proceeded to make financial arrangements, and drove our car off the lot. We are happy with our 2013 Ford C-Max hybrid in all aspects. Time will tell how much we will enjoy the car, but for now we are pleased with our purchase. Eli Diaz took us through a mini-explanation of all of the computerized parts of the dashboard, and has since called to check with us on how things are going with our knowledge of the new experience in managing a 2013 model. Thank you for the ease that it took from meeting Eli to driving off the lot with our newly purchased Ford.

5th dealer I went to. I was extremely impressed with the way that Guy understood that I didn't want to be pressured or hassled into making a purchase. I didn't need a car.
