2016 Ford Fusion Energi

Ford of Morgan Hill provided a very good service for purchase of our Ford Fusion Energi. The car was ready when we arrived as we already negotiated all the key terms over the phone. The signing and paper work process was seamless and we left in 2 hours after we reached. Tony Nguyen was very professional and helped us. He has since followed up twice to ensure we have no issues with our new car.

Easy purchase process and internet service

The process went smoothly except there was a mis-communication when the USSA check was deposited to your Wells Fargo account. The communication with the finance department was done professionally and without blame.

Great Experience

Turned in a 2013 Fusion and re-leased a new 2016 Fusion. Love the new car look with matching black rims and leather seats. I didn't have a lot of time so the staff accommodated me and got me in and out. They even had someone meet me in San Jose to finish up the paperwork.
