This company sold my daughter a 70k mile 2014 Jeep

This company sold my daughter a 70k mile 2014 Jeep Compass that had engine failure in less than ten months from purchase. We spent an additional 4K in multiple repairs on the car. she had paid 14k, book value (retail good condition) for a car that was riddled with problems . QAM refused to take the car back after the first day of ownership when check engine light came on with multiple error codes that had been cleared just before the sale. The radiator also popped off and the car overheated after she took it out on the second day, John and Chewy (sales tool) told us that it was just a clamp issue on a radiator hose and the check engine lights were just silly evap codes because of the gas cap. White washed every issue we had that led to the cars engine failure only months later. This seller is as crooked as they come . They Took a 19 year old girls life savings and ruined her credit. We tried after every failure and every repair to speak with John and were met with hostility and sad attempts at bullying behavior. Easy to bully a 19 year old young lady he called “sweetie”. Karma is a booch you sexist pig. You’ll see me outside their storeroom building all summer with a sign with a big pic of a lemon that says we sell lemons because that’s what they did to my daughter. We found that multiple lawsuits had been filed against QAM and most lawyers in the area don’t want to take the case because it’s not financially worth it for them to do the right thing. Sad what has become of business practice standards in the town of Queensbury. I will not rest until my daughters credit is repaired and her savings have been returned or they are out of business.

Purchasing a vehicle has never made it to my list of

Purchasing a vehicle has never made it to my list of enjoyable experiences. However, I recently bought a used truck from Queensbury Auto Mall and I have to admit, my perception was changed. John Hansen and Matt Eberlein were cooperative, forthcoming with information and consistently did everything they could to turn what I dreaded into a positive outcome. John deserves special recognition for his timely communications that prevented needless travel and concern. There were several repairs/improvements that needed to be made in order to make the truck acceptable and both men kept their promises to sell a safe, clean and properly detailed vehicle to me. My trust in auto dealers is reborn. John T. Oliver

Best customer service, Best people

Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle! Talk about a Home Town feel with people that care. Matt, Sr. and Matt Jr are very professional, and met all my needs, they worked with me and made it an easy seamless transition into a new vehicle, they went above and beyond for me, I can’t say enough about this family, they really do care about their customer. Their Inventory is top notch, with all makes and models, trucks, SUVs, cars, vans etc..They made the buying experience very easy and smooth. 5 Stars all around . Above and beyond customer service , and Jody and the guys out back in the service department are good people that care about their customers and stand by the work they do. I suggest anyone looking for a newer vehicle to come to this dealership and be amazed about how easy it really is, they will do all the hard work for you. All you have to do is choose a vehicle that you want and they will handle the rest hands down the best dealership in the area. Excellent car buying experience easy (dare I say,

Excellent car buying experience easy (dare I say, pleasant)! Not only was it no pressure, but they actively helped find financing at rates hundreds of dollars less than other dealers offered. All concerns/issues with my new vehicle were addressed immediately and professionally. From initial contact to picking up the car was less than a week. Would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Great Service

I would recommend Queensbury Auto Mall, the service is great and the staff is very helpful. Go on in and ask for Chewy. He will get you taken care of for a nice seamless process!
