Queensbury Auto Mall

Bought 2018 Silverado, it had the wrong carfax on the vehicle, was told equipped with tow package, which it was not. They do not return phone calls and have terrible customer service. Vehicle was inspected, windshield wipers never should of passed and vehicle on empty when I picked up. Wanted to trade me for a truck with tow package for another $5,500.

Matt helped me with the process with my car. He worked with me to find something I would enjoy. The entire staff are really great about their job. They look for a car that fits you and is in your price range. They won't try in force you into something your not comfortable with. They care about the service you get so they won't let you drive off the lot in something that's not ready. They have an awesome service center. I will continue to use them whenever I need a car and will tell people this is the place to go. 5 star service.
